Very happy with the reception and all the staff, Michaela was especially helpful.in getting us orientated and sorting out some of other quandaries. However, our room was very small, we had no window other than a skylight and it was uncomfortably hot.

The staff were very friendly especially Kamal, Elaine and Rodrigo, Elaine looked after us when we checked in, Kamal was great, he was friendly and made us feel very welcome and Rodrigo looked after our room and he did a great job. We enjoyed our stay, this was our third stay at the hotel and would go back again. My only complaint would be the bathrooms, they needed maintenance, some worked the others did not.

The hotel was easy to find. The staff were welcoming and helpful providing information for us spend a fulfilling day in Dublin. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced. We would recommend staying here for anyone in the area.

Lovely Hotel.

The hotel is lovely and quaint, the desk staff were amazing. The food in the restaurant was excellent however the attitude of the serving staff could have been better.

I’m from Canada. I would have thought there would have been more of a friendly welcome and some info about tourism. Victoria was quite snobbish and rattled off the amenities so quickly we didn’t catch it the first or second time. Room was clean but very hot. Could have used a fan. Was very surprised not to have face clothes. Bed was TERRIBLE. Teo twins stuck sideways to make a queen. Very uncomfortable. Pillows were pancakes. I thought breakfast was too expensive. Very close to the tram which was excellent!

Reception: disappointing

At first, we were treated wonderfully, in line with most of our hotel check-in experiences are around the world, but then someone in “charge” butt in and changed the course of dialogue and was unnecessarily rude — to us and the other travellers who arrived early like us, from China. It was telling that other guests were not treated in the curt manner we who didn’t obviously look European were. This is sad. And for this reason I won’t be recommending this hotel to ANYONE.

A fair distance from the city but great if you need a place to crash after a long flight before venturing on to other locations. Restaurant had good options for meals. Quiet and clean

Super uncomfortable bed, my hips are still crying. The “supposed indoor pool” is a walk outside and the boiler was broken, so no swimming. Very pricey for what it was.

OK Room

Hotel was OK, about a 6 minute walk to Tram, about 30 minutes into Dublin. The cost was higher than expected given the location, the room was OK. We did not eat on site, but did drop in for a drink in the lounge which was self serve.
