Nice hotel close to the beach and city

The hotel it’s looking good but found problems with services The water it’s warm, not hot enough for shower. The spa it’s closed for the entire week. So I can’t use the spa during my stay

Great for money and location.

Our stay was great whilst in MDP. Pros: -Located right by the beach/ casino. -Close to many restuarants/ shops -Continental breakfast -Modern Gym equipment -Service was superb -Rooms were spacious -Bathroom was clean CONS: -Shower area is too small, and shower curtains were too short which caused a lot of water on the ground.

Meh

I stayed during the Carnival weekend/end of summer - a busy weekend in the area - but still, I regretted choosing it over far more affordable hostel rooms. My room was booked as an executive but was put into a room that barely fit a bed and a small table. However, the bathroom was nicely redecorated and it felt clean. The breakfast was decent enough, although it felt like a large cafeteria they herded us through as someone shuffled through their ipod over the sound system. Ah well, it's close to the (busiest) beach. Most of all, the desk staff were quite unhelpful and disinterested in their guests. I'm sure there are worse places to stay, just don't be disillusioned by the grandeur shown in some of the photos.

Riviera is WEAK

Not a good hotel. Cheap. Livable, but decieving when you walk into the lobby. Seems nice, but the rooms are bush league and not secure. No in room safe either. No wifi in our room. Looks like 1970 with no updates. Rickety and old. However it is cheap and in a good location. Much better at NH hotel across the street. For close to the same price.

que tenha água quente nas 24 horas

Estadia agradável. O Hotel peca um pouco apenas no fornecimento contínuo de água quente, porque desliga este fornecimento na madrugada e demora um pouco para ligar pela manhã.

Conozco el hotel desde hace muchos años. Lo considero como mi segunda casa. El personal EXCELENTE. Solo creo q le esta faltando mantenimiento. Detalles simples pero q no corresponden a un hotel cuatro estrellas. Y no.puede ser q haya q esperar 10/15 minutos con la ducha abierta para q salga el agua caliente y se inunde todo el baño. Pena por que amo al Riviera. Yo volveré siempre pero quien va por primera vez no se lleva buena imoresion. Espero esto llegue a conocimiento del hotel. Grscias

Bien atendido, limpio y bien ubicado. Ojo detalles

La calefacción fue muy ruidosa y no se puede regular desde la habitación El baño tenía un defecto en la bañadera que se chorreaba agua afuera al ducharse y se mojaba todo el piso del baño, si uno se descuidaba pasaba el agua a la habitación. El wi fi el primer día no llegaba la señal. Al segundo día lo arreglaron y anduvo bien. Había 2 ascensores, uno solo llegaba del 7 al 9, y no podíamos bajar los 4 por sobrepeso (somos todos flacos) El resto bien
