Pine Cay farms

We had an amazing stay at this property. There were 4 couples for 5 days. The home had all the amenities you could ever want. Location was great - close to the beach, airport and many restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!

We were two couples and this villa was the perfect layout to meet our needs. Very clean and attention to detail. Beds were comfortable, outdoor dining & pool were very convenient. The kitchen can use a little upgrade but was nonetheless well stocked and clean. Very nice stay and the hosts were most helpful.

As first time visitors to Turks and Caicos, we couldn’t have asked for anything more in a vacation property. The Aqua Bella was even better than the photos, it had everything we needed. Very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, beautiful decorated inside and out with the lovely gardens. The location was perfect for a private yet easily accessible stay on the island. The beach area and waters are so welcoming, and the house was well equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, etc. The local property manager was so welcoming, informative and responsive to our needs. We would love to return!

We just got back from our trip to Turks and Caicos and had an amazing stay! We went with 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant. The house is so spacious and open with lots of outdoor space for our little ones to play. We felt safe the whole time and Margaret and her management team were wonderful and easy to work with. We highly highly recommend the Sea Breeze!

From the moment we drove onto the brick driveway with my family of 10 and into the magical home we loved running around looking at this beautiful home from the living room to the kitchen, the patio that looks into the gorgeous pool, the park tress swaying in the breeze, to the boardwalk sided with conch shells, into the beautiful canopy by the ocean, and you finally can stop and breathe and think “holy is this real?”. The ocean front was just wonderful and so relaxing, I’ve never seen such clear and blue water in my life. My family had made memories here that will last a lifetime at grace on the bay. I want to give a special thank you to David and his family for the opportunity to have such an amazing family vacation along with Mary and all the other kind staff who helped us with everything that we could possibly ever need on the vacation, they were so attentive and reassuring with every need that came up especially with setting up taxi drives from the airport to the ferry it made the trip less stressful and more relaxing and we will forever be grateful for the warm welcome. We anticipated the construction next door. Sound was not a problem when on the beach but it is very present from 7am until after 5pm. One day concrete was being poured until 10pm. The panoramic view of sunset from the balcony is blocked on the left side by scaffolding and netting. Just growing pains until the Andaz is completed. The beachfront with the coral reef is a fantastic location for snorkelling! You can walk east or west on the beach for an hour. The staff are helpful and the somewhere cafe is very handy and they do takeaway.

We enjoyed staying at Grandview again. Having four bedrooms in this unit was great and everyone fit around the dining table. Spectacular sunset view. Many thanks!

This place offered exactly what we were hoping for. The views, beach access and privacy were spectacular. Having access to full kitchen and private patio/pool was lovely. Owners and manager were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if you are looking for a villa instead of a resort. Recommend renting a car/Jeep to get around if you decide to venture out.
