Pine Cay villas

If you’re looking for a spectacular home away from home, Three Kay’s is the place. The Villa is beyond what the listing describes. It’s not until you step into the home and see the surroundings in order to actually grasp what awaits you. Enough space for 8 adults - parents and 3 adult children with their significant others. The kids had the main house and we the parents opted for the guest which was perfection. The location is super ideal. Private, quiet, safe and secure and super clean. A quick drive to anywhere. Opted to have a private chef come in each night for dinner. The Chef stated the kitchen was top notch and had everything needed to prepare for a large group. Even watched the leafs win game 6 on the big screen. Eduardo and Claudia are very special people. Attentive and kind. We had an amazing stay at this property. There were 4 couples for 5 days. The home had all the amenities you could ever want. Location was great - close to the beach, airport and many restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again!

We were two couples and this villa was the perfect layout to meet our needs. Very clean and attention to detail. Beds were comfortable, outdoor dining & pool were very convenient. The kitchen can use a little upgrade but was nonetheless well stocked and clean. Very nice stay and the hosts were most helpful.

Had a great time with our family. Will stay again. Terry is very responsive.

Loved the place. My kids slept ok the sofa bed that was very conformtable. Walking distance to the beach which was great. Paddleboards and kayak were avaialble for us directly at the beach. Lots of embrellas and chairs Available at the complexe. I recommand this place.

Sunset One did not disappoint. Everything is exactly how it appears in the listing. The outdoor seating area is a beautiful space in itself. Beach is breathtaking and the golf cart was a definite plus if you need to run back to the house for something. Deandre is a great host, very responsive to answer any questions during your stay. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a stay in a quiet area.

I would highly recommend the 3-bedroom Sing a Song Villa. We had an amazing time. The water was perfect. The ocean views are stunning and the three quays in front are an added bonus. The rooms were spacious and clean. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. We stayed here with our 4 children. They weren't bored at all, from kayaking to paddle boarding and playing chess or volleyball, they were entertained the whole time there. Highly recommend anyone to stay here and enjoy their vacation. The host is very responsive!

From the moment we drove onto the brick driveway with my family of 10 and into the magical home we loved running around looking at this beautiful home from the living room to the kitchen, the patio that looks into the gorgeous pool, the park tress swaying in the breeze, to the boardwalk sided with conch shells, into the beautiful canopy by the ocean, and you finally can stop and breathe and think “holy is this real?”. The ocean front was just wonderful and so relaxing, I’ve never seen such clear and blue water in my life. My family had made memories here that will last a lifetime at grace on the bay. I want to give a special thank you to David and his family for the opportunity to have such an amazing family vacation along with Mary and all the other kind staff who helped us with everything that we could possibly ever need on the vacation, they were so attentive and reassuring with every need that came up especially with setting up taxi drives from the airport to the ferry it made the trip less stressful and more relaxing and we will forever be grateful for the warm welcome.
