If you’re looking for a spectacular home away from home, Three Kay’s is the place. The Villa is beyond what the listing describes. It’s not until you step into the home and see the surroundings in order to actually grasp what awaits you. Enough space for 8 adults - parents and 3 adult children with their significant others. The kids had the main house and we the parents opted for the guest which was perfection. The location is super ideal. Private, quiet, safe and secure and super clean. A quick drive to anywhere. Opted to have a private chef come in each night for dinner. The Chef stated the kitchen was top notch and had everything needed to prepare for a large group. Even watched the leafs win game 6 on the big screen. Eduardo and Claudia are very special people. Attentive and kind. As first time visitors to Turks and Caicos, we couldn’t have asked for anything more in a vacation property. The Aqua Bella was even better than the photos, it had everything we needed. Very spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture, beautiful decorated inside and out with the lovely gardens. The location was perfect for a private yet easily accessible stay on the island. The beach area and waters are so welcoming, and the house was well equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, chairs, etc. The local property manager was so welcoming, informative and responsive to our needs. We would love to return!

Excellent

We really enjoyed almost two weeks at this villa, despite the construction next door. We got used to the construction workers and barely heard them - they also finish promptly at 5pm. The pool was perfect, we spent most of our time on the deck going in and out of the pool. The views are stunning from sunrise to sunset. Excellent communication with the property management, we were greeted at the villa by a lovely young lady Amelia, who was very helpful throughout our stay. Also recommend Coco Bistro - we had a great meal under the palms. Overall - highly recommend this property!

We stayed at blue heaven in early Nov with our family, this included 6 adults and 4 kids under 3. The facility was absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend it for anyone and if you have younger kids this is the place to stay.

Amazing place, with stunning views.

This villa was truly the cherry on top of the cake for our family trip in Turks and Caicos. From communication pre-travel, to fully stocked with beach gear, kitchen utensils you could imagine and cleanliness of the home to the unreal and picturesque backyard and pool! We had an absolute amazing time and are so grateful to have had this villa be our home for a week! Sapodilla bay beach is only a 2 minute walk from the villa and is absolutely stunning and so calm and shallow! Perfect for families and a relaxing day at the beach! Can’t wait to one day return and experience it all over again!

This Villa is ideally located on the beach. Access to the airport and restaurants is excellent. Pam is a gracious host. The Villa managers are experienced and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
