Another year, another wonderful vacation at La Playa Loca. We enjoyed our time in the sun spending time at the pool and on the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular where you can view the dolphins in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. The condo is very clean and well maintained. As always, Scott and Laurie are great hosts who ensure you have everything you need to sit back and enjoy your time at their condo in Ocean Sands. We are already looking forward to our return next year. Thank you Scott and Laurel!

Great location. Easy access to pool and beach. Well kept condo.

Well maintained villa with a heated pool and hot tub, at an additional cost, but worth it as it was very cool. Lots of beach toys for children, and other beach accessories. Having 6 bedroom was great for our extended family of 14. Highly recommend!

This listing isn’t exaggerating with the location being steps to the beach! Softest sand I’ve laid my feet on! Condo was clean and roomie, had everything you could ever need. Will definitely be back to st.petes beach! Thank you !

We have been staying at the Seaview for many years. This was our first time in this particular unit. It definately was one of the more updated units we have ever stayed in. We always bring a bin of kitchen items but the kitchen was pretty well equipped. We were thankful for the use of beach towels and beach chairs as well. The balcony view is second to none. We ate meals out there daily & watched many a sunset over the Gulf. The condo building property and pool area is extremely well maintained. Communication with the owner and staff on site was exceptional. We look forward to our stay again next year & in future years.
