Irene the land lady was great.

Myself and my toddlers were in town to visit family. This property was perfectly located for us. The host went above and beyond to leave toys out that my kids just LOVED!!!! Thank you. Minimal noise from upstairs which was great. Everything was very clear, laundry worked perfectly. Kitchen had what you would need for basic meal prep but all we had there was breakfast. Beds were comfortable. The backyard and view made you feel like you weren’t in a basement. Waking trails close by, kids park not far either. Will be back as we visit a couple times a year.

This apartment is beautifully set up with all that you need for your stay. It’s is a short walk to access the hospital & the University of Manitoba Ballentyne Campus. Parking & laundry on site was great bonus for longer stays. The owners were easily accessible to answer any questions our concerns.
