A nice surprise to have such a quiet secluded location so close to Duncan. The fresh eggs and social hummingbirds were a nice surprise too!

We needed a quick stay late at night. It was quaint, or cozy and rustic, just as advertised. It was clean and simple, which was perfect for what we needed.We'd stay here again, for sure.

What a gorgeous place to stay! Our unit was immaculate, bright with natural light, very tastefully decorated with all new contents. The only caveat I had was a guest must have a vehicle and the drive way was steep. We very very much enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this unit and host

Nice portable hot tub is a lovely addition to add to the charm of this little fully supplied 1 bed studio. I would suggest listing directions in point form so important points aren't missed when explaining access to the location.It's a fairly steep hillside staircase, so best not to bring too many heavy bags with you.
