Vacation rentals near MacMillans Lake

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. We really did enjoy our stay! Hosts were very easy to communicate with. Attentive, kind, and understanding. Would reccomend this spot to other people and would definitely stay again!

Best vacation had in years, very Peaceful, very Private. The Host Susan and John are just the best, and awesome people. Next time I go to Nova Scotia will most definitely stay there, my wife daughter & I really had a fantastic time.

Our stay at the Big House on Big Tracadie Island could not have been better. There were 10 adults, a 3 year old, a 5 week old infant and 2 dogs. The home and guest house are beautiful and immaculate. This is also the best equipped rental we have ever had. Our 3 year old grandson was entertained by a plethora of toys. The kitchen had everything you could want/use. The property is private, the beach and kayaks right there. Mark responded to my messages very quickly and offered lots of advice on activities etc. Jon the property manager met the first of our party to arrive. He is pleasant and helpful and too gave great advice. One evening we bought 15 lobsters from the wharf he suggested. Need I say more... Jon was available for us but we really never had to call upon him as everything was perfect. I recommend this property without reservation. Thank you Mark and Jon.

Fairly remote location on a large lot, plenty of room do our party of 6. 3rd bedrooms en-suite is eclectic but usable. Had a great time and host responded to enquirers very quickly

A cozy and comfortable place in Creignish; conveniently located right along the Cabot Trail. This house was our home base while we day-tripped to the many beautiful beaches, trails, restaurants, shops and Ceilidhs of Cape Breton. It had everything we needed for our one week stay. Todd was very responsive to all of our questions about the area and his dear Mom even baked us scrumptious Cape Breton Oatcake cookies!! A real east coast gem!
