Property has amazing views and birding from front deck. Depending on traffic it was 30 to 40 minutes down the mountain to Dominicale and we chose not to drive at night. Kitchen has new fridge and microwave with propane burners and oven and is generally well furnished but small. The 3 sleep buildings were clean with comfortable beds. The showers are outdoors so chilli in morning and evening. Hosts were amazingly helpful and responsive and maintain amazing gardens on the property. If you are looking for a relaxing scenic nature retreat and don’t mind being a little rustic and remote this is a perfect spot.

Our stay at Dominical Gardens was relaxing and convenient. We had a range of ages and interests in our family group so the location was key. Sit wis walkable to the beach , town and groceries so we didn't all have to do the same thing. If the car was out we could still go surfing at the beach two or three times a day.

We had an incredible holiday at Paul’s Villa. The views are magical, the wildlife is on your doorstep, and the villa is well-equipped and beautifully maintained. I highly recommend this property. The town of Dominical is a short car ride (or walk on the beach) and has 2 great supermarkets, a pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. Everything you need. It’s the nicest town along this stretch of the Pacific. Much nicer than Quepos, Jaco or Uvita. We look forward to coming back. Paul and Alejandro were hands on and very helpful throughout our stay. Six days lounging around the pool and walking on the beautiful beach below. Lots of Toucans in the trees. Walked up from the beach ONCE, then drove all other times, to nearby Dominical for lunches etc. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Villa Orchid for 10 nights. 3 couples. The property was perfect for us and the location was fabulous! Communication with Cris and Esteban was excellent and property issues were dealt with promptly. The house had everything we needed for cooking, linens etc. Would highly recommend this property.

Another amazing week Can’t wait to come back again

Two couples stayed at this amazing property for 5 weeks in January/February 2023. It was a special vacation for the four of us as we were celebrating significant birthday milestones, health milestones and a 50th wedding anniversary. The home is beautiful and the views from the deck outstanding. We lived outside most of the time we were there as we could not get enough of the views. The pool was very welcoming as we were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather for our entire stay. A variety of beautiful beaches are close by as well. The home is very well equipped with many sitting areas throughout the spacious interior. So comfortable and relaxed. The concierge services (specifically Olmer)that are available are very professional and helpful. Olmer helped make this such a special vacation for us. The location is super convenient to great restaurants and all the activities you can think of to do in Costa Rica. We hope we are fortunate enough to be able to return to this property at some point in the future. It is truly a gem.

The property is so special being right on the beach, truly something out of a movie. No detail was overlooked, as the home was equipped with everything you may want or need. The beds are the most comfortable we've had on our travels. Robert went out of his way to ensure our stay was top notch. I'm certain we will be back again.
