Split Predgrade Station vacation rentals

The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler. Everything else was perfect - so close to Omis, beach restaurants, we made day trips to Split and Trogir and Makarska. Our 4 young adults did the Omis zip line and were exhilarated. Shooko bar is charming for a pizza dinner, cocktails and watching the sunset.

Spending the last week of our (3 couples) Croatian vacation at Villa Mare was a great decision and it met all our needs. The host was very responsive and we were warmly greeted at the Villa and shown around the property. The Villa was spacious, clean, well stocked and had several outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the beautiful property and blue water of the Adriatic Sea. The bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. The three bathrooms and washing machine came in very handy. The village of Seget-Vranjica had a small Studenac grocery store (take a walk for their fresh bread every morning) and several good restaurants we visited within walking distance of the Villa. Trogir, Split, Krka National Park and the Split airport are all within easy driving distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mare and would not hesitate to visit again. The only drawback was that it is such a lovely spot you don’t really want to leave. Thanks Mia.

This property is modern, clean and had all amenities for a long term stay. We stayed 26 days. Owners are right on property which is great. We loved our stay, which included our adult chidren (second bedroom and bathroom) and grandson (pullout couch private area). Beach right in front. The best amenity we thought is the balcony. We spent so much time there mornings and evenings. Parking for our 2 rental cars was provided. A short ride (5 Euro by taxi) into Trojir. But Okrug has a great beach with restaurants, beach bars, shops and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely recommend this property!

Simply gorgeous and we had a fantastic stay. Sparkling clean, comfortable beds, tasteful decor, amazing amenities. Well equipped kitchen and an amazing outdoor area to enjoy the sun and seaview. Ivana is a perfect host. She is very responsive and attentive to guest needs. It's a quiet residential location. Omis is a lovely town a short drive or half an hour walk away. There is a nice beach within a few minutes walk of the house. All in all this property is now the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Donari! Josko and Blazenka were warm, friendly and had suggestions on where to eat and things to do. The location is perfect. Close enough to the various villages but far enough to provide a peaceful retreat. The Villa itself was wonderful; large, comfortable, exceptionally clean, stocked with all the necessities. We took day trips to Split and Dubrovnik but always rushed back to enjoy time in the pool. Josko and Blazenka generously provided welcome snacks so we didn’t have to rush out to the store. Then they shared fresh vegetables from their gardens and offered tomatoes and herbs from the Villa’s garden. We loved our stay at Villa Donari and look forward to returning for a longer stay.
