We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in the Dominican Republic! From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel so welcome — they were kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we could ask for. The surrounding gardens and property are absolutely stunning — so peaceful, lush, and immaculately maintained. Every morning felt like waking up in a tropical paradise!This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are already planning our return — there’s no question we’ll be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, unforgettable stay!

Family vacation on the beach

Perfect location for 2 families to share a place on the beach. We were far enough away from the disco area so that it wasn’t too loud at night. We chose not to do the all inclusive option which was nice as it gave us some flexibility the chance to check out some local restaurants lnearby. We were still able to use the main pools and the beach area.

Found this property many months ago while looking for a place to go on vacation ..Close to Cabarete (Dominican Republic),we loved our stay,,We had made arrangements for a cab to take us from the airport to the house and we used the same system to go to the grocery or just to go in town for different reason,,Every time we needed something we texted Kevin and Angela an we got fast answer,,We also had really nice cab driver,Rodrigo,Carlos an James,who were able to talk some English ,and / or french,We had a perfect stay,We loved the place.th 2 berdrooms are on opposite walls so discretion is appreciated,,washer and dryer are behind the house outside,,lots of cupboards,,fridge is a regular size,,Food is amazing,everything is fresh at the store or restaurant,,The beach was a few mns walk,temperature of the water probably 85 degree f.Lots of waves,,,Pool at the house was really nice too after a day at the beach or in town,,,I coul write a lot more but it would take too long..Just rent this house ,you wont regret it,,,,,

Everything was perfect. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, quiet. The location on the beach is awesome and close to town. The pool was tranquil. Kathy, the property manager is exceptional. Kind and responsive. Make sure you hang out with the two dogs and two cats. They are so friendly.

We had an amazing time at the condo, the location is very good. It’s steps to Playa Alicia beach, and there are numerous restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We were only there 16 nights, so we ate out a lot for breakfast and suppers, we never had a bad meal anywhere. All the restaurants were excellent. It is about 10 minute walk to Sosua beach, and about 10 minutes to the big Playero grocery store. Svitlana the property manager was great if we had any questions. Daniel the man that looks after the property during the day was excellent, he was such a nice man. He keeps the property extremely clean and well maintained. He also helped with anything we needed. They have water bottles on site, he would bring them up to our unit for us, cost was 70 pesos very reasonable. The unit was extremely clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. I have some back issues so I always worry about the beds, but the bed was excellent I had no troubles. There is a washer in the one bathroom, and there are lines set up outside on the one balcony, there are also laundry lines at back of building. I would definitely recommend this property, and would absolutely stay there again. Thank you so much Svitlana, and Daniel😀😀
