Vacation rentals near Punta Roca Beach

1500 word not enought to describe. Amazing views, clean, perfect beach. Its an experience, a private resort for your group The pictures dont even do it justice.Lety was fantastic and proactive. She arranged to get all our groceries ready when we arrived, sent us a menu of meals they could prepare for us. Told us they were ready for us the morning of our arrival and when we landed, Yan Carlos was already waiting for us. Lety you are wonderful.Anita was absolutely sweet, she took care of us like family. The cleanliness was spotless, the food was amazing and they throwed in some lovely attentions like drinks before dinner (frozen margueritas), fresh fruits in the morning and snacks!. Helped us arrange extra groceries. My girlfriend had a scooter accident , Anita patched her up! No enough space to say everything. Thanks so muchYan Carlos Hauled us around almost every day to the activities we had planned, sometimes waited for us because we were a bit over schedule (THANKS). A true professional. Also, with the scooter accident, he knew the girl who rented it to us and arranged all of de details for reparation. Made us so at ease in a stressful situationThe rest of the girls were wonderful, smily and it was obvious they tried to take as less space as they could, making us feel as a family in our own home but with the hassles taken care of (Cooking, cleaning, dishes, etc).Overall a 20 out of 10 experience, we will definitly be back! We loved our stay in Atami Rancho 14. The outdoor area and pool were amazing!! The house had everything we needed for cooking etc. The gardens are beautiful and the Caretaker Chele and his wife Esmerelda are lovely. John the owner was great with communications when we needed it. There is a great beach a few minute walk that is good and has a few restaurants there. The house is also close(driving) to El Tunco/Sunzal and El Zonte for surf, restaurants and little shops. We all agreed (there was 10 of us) It was one of our best vacations!!

It was paradise, from the views to the cook, to the staff who made this vacation stress free. You can see whales , hear the ocean waves, and a really good restaurant next door. Theres stairs that lead to a bat cave by the beach. We got massages on the top on the beach house it was beautiful. Couldn't be more greatful. Thanks to David and Eva they made this trip the best ever!!Only regret , we wish we would have stayed longer.

Awesome stay, every amenity that we needed was available. The host Alex was very quick to respond to any and all requests. The on site staff always ready to assist in all needs. We have stayed at many Vrbo places and definitely recommend this stay in San Diego,El Salvador area.

We spent 11 days at the Villa. We used it as a base camp to for daily excursions. It was well located. Town was a five minute drive to the big grocery store. If you're looking for American luxuries, this is a place to come. Beach was a great beach.
