Vacation rentals near Gradac Park

Kind and accommodating hostesses welcomed my husband and I to a comfortable apartment that had a stunning ocean view from a private patio deck.

The property was beautiful. Very modern, clean, and spacious with a view of the water. We watched boats pass by all day long. The host was wonderful as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was wonderful, from a lovely greeting and orientation from our hosts and treats provided the first evening when we arrived. The view from the patio is beautiful, the beaches so close and a great park behind the place. The space was perfect for a couple and hosts were so friendly and helpful. 5 star recommendation.

Our sea front apartment was very relaxing, being able to have a refreshing dip in the sea literally 10 steps from the deck was refreshing and absolutely amazing. Wanted a place close to old town but away from the crowds and easy access to the water, this hit the mark on all points. Perfect spot to reconnect with the family, 10-20 min walk to 2 grocery stores and 6 restaurants. The hosts were very gracious and helpful with transfers from airport and recommending things to do . The place is an experience of five stars from every angle. The view is everyone’s dream. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the pool makes you believe you can continue the swimming right in the sea. But above everything, the host are such nice, amazing and accommodating people. I hope we’ll be back there one day but meanwhile I would recommend to anyone that plans to take a vacation to Dubrovnik. Thank you for the most memorable stay and vacation

Property owner was very nice, available at all times. Place was close to beach, bus and amenities. Nice restaurants nearby. Beach was close and many opportunities for sightseeing, boating.

We fell in love with this beautiful, we’ll-equipped villa located just a 10 minute walk from Dubrovnik’s Pile Gate. Villa Philomemena accommodated our group of 7 women comfortably, offering all the space we could wish for over its three floors and two levels of outdoor terracing—did we mention it overlooks the Adriatic? Whether looking for a beach, a bus, groceries or restaurants, amenities abound. The walled city beckons, the sea sparkles, the food is delicious and the Villa is just enchanting. Who could ask for anything more? ( For the seniors among us, there are many levels and many stairs, but they just add to the charm!)

The house is excellent with the finish work done at restoration superb in quality. Location is in centre of town close to a great assortment of cafes and restaurants. There a a couple of great walking trails close by. Only downside is 62 steps from street to front door. The owner is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet He picked us up at the airport and even carried our bags up to the house as we are rather old seniors. He couldn't do enough to help us. Best host ever.
