My friends and I were quite impressed. Everything you need with stores close by (really close) to pick up the essentials. Jennifer was a great host, answered any questions or concerns I had in a quick and timely matter. I loved sitting on the front stoop in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee, and was visited by some Momma peacocks with their babies.

Absolutely fabulous location, beautiful well stocked house.

This was a family vacation. There was lots of room for the 3 families and grandparents! The beach in front of the place is amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed. Loved our vacation here.

This property was exactly as described. My family had a great time and enjoyed our proximity to the ocean and the Balboa Pier. Check in was easy and Jessica answered any questions I had very promptly!

Had a fantastic stay here with four friends, spending a weekend in LA for our collective milestone birthdays. The pics dont lie - this house is stylish and awesome. Really cool design, very spacious inside with large rooms and comfortable furnishings and a well outfitted kitchen. The outdoor areas are the highlight of the place - the amazing deck with the pool and hot tub, perfectly situated on the hillside with a great view of the city to the south and west. The host was super responsive and very helpful. The only knock I could possibly put on this place is that the location in Glendale puts it a little further out to many destinations than might be ideal. But if you're in LA you know you'll be spending lots of time in transit anyway, so factor in a little extra travel time for whatever you wanna do and it's not so serious an issue. Would happily stay here again.

One of the best locations near tower 40. Not having the boardwalk outgrowth was perfect for the kids to play in the enormous sandbox out front. The ocean was a short walk, very short and ideal for a young family. The location is perfect and is on a bike path out front and a short distance from the waterfront path. All the amenities you could ask for are provided and the house is very well appointed. My only suggestion is it would make more sense for our family to have the living room where the dining room is set up. We are looking forward to our next visit.
