the place was clean and in excellent condition. It is located next to a water taxi stop making it convenient for all travel. Rita and Mateo we so helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. they were always ready to answer any question we may have had. I would absolutely recommend their acommodation when staying in Venice

Although our check in time was in the afternoon, the host representative met us early so we could check into the suite upon our arrival in Venice. The room was very comfortable and quiet. It is in a great location and only about a 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma which makes it easy to access. We would not hesitate to recommend this great property to anyone.

My husband, myself, and our 17 year old son stayed here for 2 nights while in Venice. Our host Ale was fantastic! Very friendly and informative. She gave us many local suggestions during our stay. The place is immaculate, with a great location close to the train station, and a wonderful view of the canal right outside your door. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place with a great host.

Quiet, authentic Venetian apartment with walled private garden - a perfect retreat into quiet and nature after a soul-filling day visiting the art and architectural gems this unique charming city offers. Excellent connections to water bus, market and daily shopping in the square moments from the apt. Perfection! Bed is similar to a King Sized North American bed. Beyond my expectations.

This spacious, clean, and well appointed suite is an exceptional find in Venice. Within walking distance to most of the major sites, and with an attentive management team, this location is now a favourite for our family in Venice. We highly recommend!

The cafe underneath is amazing!! Close to airport that we just needed a water taxi that was a quick ride, not too pricey, which Alessia helped set up The place itself is very nice and clean! Loved the balcony terrace up top. We were only there for one night but it was beautiful
