This property is in a central location in west Algarve . It was spacious for 6 adults , and had all the necessary amenities . The home is clean , cozy and yet spacious . The grounds well kept and an amazing large pool . 5 minute car ride to various supermarkets and beaches . Our hosts were always available for questions . Memories were made in this incredible Vila !!

We were very pleased with our stay at Martin’s condo. He was so lovely to deal with and quick to respond to any inquiries or request we made. The condo is very cosy and well equipped, and in one of the best locations in Alvor. We highly recommend this property.

Comfy home away from home

We recently stayed in this apartment for 4 weeks and loved everything about it. The location is perfect for walking to an endless selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The grocery store is literally steps away from the back gate. Its an easy walk to get to the boardwalk to explore the beautiful beach (even in winter).The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and well appointed with cooking supplies, dishes and appliances. There is also a washing machine and a drying rack out on the large patio where you can dry your laundry (and sit in the sun with a glass of wine while doing so)Laure, our landlord was wonderful to deal with. She responded to all our questions very quickly including recommendations for restaurants!We look forward to staying here again and are certain future guests will feel the same way.

Amazing house, perfect for large families

A wonderful house with nice rooms (5) and many bathrooms! Extras like two washer/dryers, big double fridge and lots of dishes and cups are super helpful for large families. Kids loved the big pool and ping pong table (didn’t get around to petonque). Towels and pool toys are also plentiful! The neighborhood is well kept, easy to access and relatively quiet. You can get to a store and three restaurants by foot in about 15 minutes and drive just about anywhere in 10 minutes (a nice large supermarket is an 8 minute drive - intermarche). Local beach is lovely but it’s a steep walk so be prepared. Caroveiro is within 10 min drive and has a cute touristy zone and easy access beach. Water is not that warm and wavier than Caribbean or on the Med proper. The housekeeper is lovely and super responsive. Cleans once a week and is otherwise available to answer questions. A useful housebook as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing, multi family vacation.

This appartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Sandra was a wonderful host and answered our messages quickly. It is close to a supermarket, beach and lots of restaurants. It was also very quiet at night. It has a beautiful pool and a parking space as well. Alvor is close to many other interesting towns. We rented a car for a week and were able to drive around and visited few other towns.We are definitely considering coming back to Portugal. Alvor is very pretty. Thank you Sandra for all your help and kindness!
