Vacation rentals near Nossa Senhora do Desterro Convent

This property is in a central location in west Algarve . It was spacious for 6 adults , and had all the necessary amenities . The home is clean , cozy and yet spacious . The grounds well kept and an amazing large pool . 5 minute car ride to various supermarkets and beaches . Our hosts were always available for questions . Memories were made in this incredible Vila !!

Overall a geat visit. Easily accomodated all 13 of us.Our 6 Grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool, fruit trees and spacious villa and yard to run around and explore!Best Regards Linda and Bert

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks. The condo was sparkling clean, probably the cleanest place we have ever rented. I loved the size of the unit, it worked out perfectly for us. Since we eat in more than we eat out, I found the kitchen well equipped and a good size for preparing meals. We also found no issue with parking in September. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful house with nice rooms (5) and many bathrooms! Extras like two washer/dryers, big double fridge and lots of dishes and cups are super helpful for large families. Kids loved the big pool and ping pong table (didn’t get around to petonque). Towels and pool toys are also plentiful! The neighborhood is well kept, easy to access and relatively quiet. You can get to a store and three restaurants by foot in about 15 minutes and drive just about anywhere in 10 minutes (a nice large supermarket is an 8 minute drive - intermarche). Local beach is lovely but it’s a steep walk so be prepared. Caroveiro is within 10 min drive and has a cute touristy zone and easy access beach. Water is not that warm and wavier than Caribbean or on the Med proper. The housekeeper is lovely and super responsive. Cleans once a week and is otherwise available to answer questions. A useful housebook as well. Highly recommend for a relaxing, multi family vacation.

This was a special family trip for us and this villa was perfect. Great location, lots of paths close by and the walk to Old Town was lovely. This is a beautiful villa with luxury finishes. It was nice to end our day with a dip in the heated pool.

This appartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Sandra was a wonderful host and answered our messages quickly. It is close to a supermarket, beach and lots of restaurants. It was also very quiet at night. It has a beautiful pool and a parking space as well. Alvor is close to many other interesting towns. We rented a car for a week and were able to drive around and visited few other towns.We are definitely considering coming back to Portugal. Alvor is very pretty. This place is in a fabulous location. It was spotless and modern. Check in was easy. Great communication. A welcome bottle of wine which was very nice after a long trip. Incredible view.

Excellent quality of property and amenities. Great pool. Owners are very nice and helpful. The BBQ/welcome kit that you can purchase is such a great idea. We had a wonderful stay with our family and in-laws. Everything was perfect! We highly recommend!
