Grove Park Station vacation rentals

An amazingly cosy space in a great neighbourhood! Alison made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our London holiday and was helpful and welcoming. And the details - the beautiful wooden bed, the fireplace, the books! The only (and small) downside was the toilet flush which seemed a bit reluctant from time to time.

I stayed in this property in early October 2024. I was really impressed with the accommodation. It had everything I needed and was well looked after. Additionally, the owner responded to my questions quickly and accurately. My only word of caution concerns the transportation side of things. If you want to go into central London, you really need to use the overground train (from Streatham Hill) rather than the Tube. I didn't realise this initially and ended up walking from Tooting Bec Tube station, with all my bags. I was VERY sweaty by the time I arrived. Didn't make that mistake again!

Amazing apartment, super clean and well appointed, we needed for nothing. Great pubs and restaurants nearby, and an extremely helpful concierge. Would recommend to anyone, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions.

We were a family of 10! Two grandparents, four parents and four teenagers. Jubed’s place worked out perfect for us. We were easily able to get there by connection from train arrival at Kings Cross and depart using the tube to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. Each time we walked to and from the tube station with our bags in less than 10 minutes. Jubed was a delight to work with and very helpful throughout. We kept very busy in London using our London pass. Also one of the men working at the tube station was very helpful and advised the best way to use the tube is pay with Apple. We had bought daily passes, but he said Apple is cheaper. It would take about 25 minutes by tube to get to the Thames, but sometimes we liked to take the bus and enjoy the view, that took about 50 minutes. We were able to enjoy breakfast and pack lunches. We generally ate out for dinner. One time we ate at a local Brazilian restaurant. There were four of us and the servings were so big we could have probably fed the 10 of us. Olga greeted us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. When we arrived she had a litre of milk, some fresh fruit, coffee and tea along with biscuits for us. Also a chocolate on each pillow! She was extremely helpful throughout our 1 week stay. She helped us with a SIM card, got us a bodum to use for coffee, and answered all our questions very quickly. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the Kingston train station. And then a 30 minute train ride to downtown London. Close by is a grocery store with plenty of pre-made meals if you plan on eating in. Having access to a washer and dryer is definitely a plus. In floor heating was a nice bonus. The only drawback that we found was you had to exit the bedroom to access the bathroom. The hall to the bathroom was a communal hall but the bathroom was ours alone.

This is a charming mews home, in a very central location. Very well fitted out, with everything you could ask for. Easy access to the tube, located near many conveniences and yet quiet. Extremely responsive and helpful host. Would recommend without hesitation, and would love to return!

The flat was perfect for our two week stay. Holly was so helpful, easy to be in touch with at any time and so gracious. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay in this lovely sun filled flat across from the park. Really well located, close to shops and restaurants. The flat has everything you need. I highly recommend it.
