Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable for our family. The showers had plenty of hot water, and the modern appliances were easy to use. Everything we needed was available in the house, making our stay even more enjoyable.The location was fantastic—just 54 steps from the sea, right across the street! This was truly appreciated and made our experience even more special.We highly recommend this place without hesitation!

It was truly wonderful, amazing location with everything you could hope for. Indeed, the ceilings are low so be aware if you are more than 6 feet tall! ☺️

Beautiful house, well thought out with bedrooms downstairs and living areas upstairs. Amazing views anywhere you look. Front of house is looking at the marshes and back is overlooking ocean. Quiet neighbourhood minutes way from downtown. Easy communication with owner, very responsive.

This was the third season that our family has stayed at this beautiful property. The addition of a second refrigerator in the garage is so terrific.....makes meal planning so much easier. The conversion of the garage into a game room will come in handy as the grandchildren grow up. Olivia is just wonderful and responsive. The property location is fantastic as we walked down the beach and into Ogunquit then continued to the Marginal Way. It's about 2 hours round trip by foot with a stop for an iced coffee in Perkins Cove. The dual porches are one of my favorite features of the home. It was a hot week so I would take the little ones to play on the front porch in the shade in the morning hours then head to the huge ocean front deck for a sunny afternoon on the water. My family cannot wait to return next year!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect! The house is located on the third line but you can hear the waves at night and it's only a two minute walk to the beach so very easy to come back to the house if you forget something or need to go to the bathroom.. lots of beach chair, games, wood for the fire pit...we were all very happy and impressed!
