Quiet place to stay, superbly placed for the family wedding venue. Shopping & takeaways easily accessible nearby in the town. Good location being near coast but also close to numerous inland attractions.

Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay.

Very stylish, clean and comfortable accommodation, in which the host made us feel very welcome. There were plenty of extras such as the jacuzzi, a well stock bar, sky TV and a private outdoor area. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Our second stay here this year. The ideal location and ideal accommodation. Absolutely great!

We recently stayed at this holiday let property and had a fantastic experience. The cost was reasonable, the place was impeccably clean, and the owners were incredibly friendly. I was impressed by the availability of all necessary items in the property, making my stay hassle-free. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The Apartment has an excellent location, directly opposite the beach and within easy walking distance to shops, the lanes, cafes, restaurants and all the activities that Brighton seafront has to offer. Situated on the 7th floor (with a fully working lift) we loved the views across regency square, to the sea, pier and the i360, both day and night. What really surprised us was how peaceful and quiet it was for such a centrally located property. The hosts were very professional, key collection was easy and they go the extra mile providing information about the apartment and the local area with recommendations for restaurants and parking, etc. Inside, was exactly as described, a living area with a large TV, Wi-Fi, dining table and chairs plus a really comfortable king size bed, a separate equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with storage in the entrance hall, which was decorated in keeping with the Art Deco style of the building. The apartment was clean, bright, airy and also has such a lovely welcoming feel to it that we would definitely stay again!
