Sydney Pendle Hill Station holiday lettings

This was the most wonderful little spot to explore from, with breathtaking views over little manly and Sydney behind and 30 seconds from a quick morning dip! The apartment is clean and bright with good aircon in the main living space and bedroom fans in all the main rooms. All in all a great spot and well worth a look!

Great property in perfect location. very central

I was looking for the hawksbury river mail Boat as a trip in our five week tour down under when this accommodation popped up. It looked to be a great option before we ended up in the buzz of Sydney for the last five nights of our five week tour down under. Sadly the weather didn’t play ball until the third day when we saw it all in its glory finished off with a beautiful sunset. The inclinator down to the house good fun. Dining at the Cottage Point in. Memorable. Hiring a tinnie from the boat kiosk for three hours simply wonderful. Belinda is a joy to communicate with and we are so glad we rested up at yours

The property is spacious, well furnished and very well-equipped. A huge wraparound terrace has comfortable and attractive outdoor seating and dining areas. A parasol or awning might be helpful as it’s in sunshine for most of the day. Toni was very helpful when there was a little glitch with the access arrangements, and resolved it in minutes . The building is very secure and there are two parking spots in a gated area. The area is very quiet and residential, but only minutes from a mini-market and a short stroll to the lively shops and restaurants of Manly, and the ferry terminal. Beware, however, the return is all uphill!

Fab place to stay

We had an AMAZING 10 day stay at the Tuscan Villa in Little Manly. The location was superb - every morning we would cross the road to the beautiful beach (& a great little coffee shop!) and it was a short stroll along the water to the heart of Manly. The house itself is beautiful, exactly as you see in the pictures and the views are to die for. Sam and Felicity were both wonderful to communicate with and were helpful throughout our stay. We can't wait to go back!
