A spotlessly clean apartment in a great location. The owner has thought about everything- from cotton buds and moisturiser to tea, crisps and tumble dryer sheets. The shower is amazing- our teenage son said it was the best shower he had ever been in- he is usually reluctant to shower, but took no persuading here! Really comfy beds with quality bedding and towels. Good communication from the owner, clean instructions throughout. We would definitely return if we were in the area and would 100% recommend.

Toad Hall is such a perfect place. Andy has thought of everything and more. The house is grand, yet unassuming and full of fascinating art, choice pieces of furniture and a great collection of books. It’s so comfy and cosy - it’s even better than the pictures and we didn’t want to leave. Would highly recommend.

Basically right in town. A block from numerous restaurants and shops. Lots of space in the house.

Me and my husband stayed here for a couple of days while on a trip around Canada. It was perfect, everything you can think of that you will need is here. It was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds and the washer/dryer came in very useful. The house is on a lovely quiet road and has ample parking. Michael's communication was excellent, I received very clear check in details and he let me know that they were only around the corner if I needed anything. If i was ever in the area again I would definitely book this propertly again.
