Great stay July 2025

We had a really nice stay end of July, the kids loved the pool facilities. The area was quiet and close to beaches. There was plenty of crockery and things needed for a self catering stay for a few days. Jodi and Simon were very responsive in our communications up to and during the stay which was really appreciated.The induction hob took some getting used to and would recommend supplying a couple extra tea towels, but other than that- 5 stars! Would stay here again.

Family birthday

House was brilliant for all family 15 of us the celebrate grandpas 70th birthday. House well equipped with lots for children to do. Comfy beds and lots of space. Excellent weather gave opportunity to use pool everyday and visit local beaches and farms. Enjoyed by all.

Perfect location

We were made to feel welcome when Mark and Alexandra met us with the keys and showed us around explained how to use things like the shower etc. the location was perfect as you have shops, cafes, pubs within a 1 minute walk and just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. You also have supermarkets within a few minutes walk. If you don’t know Swanage then it’s a great location to get to know the place. The only thing to be mindful if your elderly or have young children then there is 2 flights of stairs however we managed it with a 2 year old and the location far outweighed the stairs. We also felt safe and the windows have safety catches on so it was safe for toddlers. We will definitely be back!

January getaway

Warm and cosy for a New Year's getaway. Clean and full of character, the location of the cottage is great for the coast, Dorchester and many other interesting places. Enjoying the hot tub in January is also recommended!

Lovely peaceful stay

We stayed for our anniversary weekend and had the most peaceful, tranquil stay. Watching the sun set over the field in the evening and going to sleep listening to the owls was perfect and really took us back to nature. The welcome basket was a really nice touch, they really have thought of everything!
