Lovely property everything we needed very comfortable perfect location..only bad point was the lightning.. it could do with a reading lamp ..

We had a fabulous week long holiday at Otterburn house, the location was great and allowed us to explore the local area. The house itself is a good size, plenty of space for 6 people and loads of bathrooms! The kitchen is well equipped and the grounds are beautiful. The only downside was one of the en suite bathroom had loads of glazing but no opening windows so was roasting. Recommend

Lovely owners and lovely location to explore the wild north Cornwall and Devon. Parking very near the chalet which had everything you need and more. Will come again.

We had a lovely stay here when we visited Bude for the week for a family holiday. The house is bright, clean and beautifully decorated. It is situated perfectly for the beach and walking into town. We got into surfing and wish we could have stayed longer! 100% recommend if visiting Bude.

Fantastic property excellent hosts, great base to explore the surrounding area. The grounds are ideal for taking a uninterrupted stroll in the evening through the woods. Will definitely book again.

We stayed in Rose Cottage and it did not disappoint. It faced out towards the gorgeous countryside and the swimming pool and games room was located right outside which was ideal especially with 2 small children. The house itself was well equipped and very clean. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for having us!
