Wow what a place! If you want a modern, sleek style close to a an atmospheric town then Villa Nike is for you.From the outset this trip was perfect. Great communication from Kristina and Željko, who welcomed us at the property even though it was late in the evening.The villa is amazing. Tastefully decorated, the villa has everything you need. From spare googles and mosquito spray to USB chargers. Freshly picked figs from the garden and a beautiful platter of food were really appreciated. It’s these little details that make such a difference. Villa Nike is a perfect size (we were 3 adults and a 17 year old) for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the living area was perfect. The pool was gorgeous and great for either a swim or splash around. The view from the house is stunning. With the Adriatic Sea in the distance and the mountain overlooking Omiš to your left you could spend hours just looking out at the amazing scenery. A ten minute drive took you to Omiš. A beautiful town which has a mix of old and new. The old town was full of atmosphere with great places to eat in the winding alleys. Full of families it felt safe and welcoming and we enjoyed our evening strolls along the river and beach.If you’re looking for a relaxing break or for a vibrant place, Villa Nike is the place to go as it has something for everyone. We have just arrived home. The villa is even better than the pictures. It's a mini palace. The owners are great and communicated well throughout. The pool is beautiful and the whole area is great with nice loungers and sofas, we used the BBQ area most nights, there is a full outdoor kitchen there with plates and cutlery etc. The setting is beautiful amongst the olive and lime trees. Bedrooms are great, nice mattresses, clean sheets, lots of towels, the most amazing views from the top view terraces. Each morning we loved rolling back the electric shutters to reveal amazing views of the sea. There is Aircon and TVs in all rooms. The owners have fully stocked the place, so lots of towels, there is everything you need in the kitchen. There was all the things you often don't get in villas like home made olive oil, loads of condiments, washing tablets, coffee pods etc. All you need to get is food. The town was perfect for us, 3 mins to the beach which has loads of beach bars and restaurants. There are a couple of small shops nearby and the Omis the big town which is also beautiful is 30 mins walk down the beach or 5 mins in the car. The sea is stunning and so clear. We had an incredible week in an amazing villa which had everything. T

WOW! The villa looked stunning online and it didn’t disappoint. We had a lovely welcome from Dino when we arrived; he gave us links to restaurants and a local taxi firm, both of which were used. The rooms were spacious, light and clean, all with electronic shutters for use during the day and AC units to try to keep the rooms cool for the night time. Beds were comfy and showers great. Safety deposit box available too for safe storage of valuables.Probably our favourite area had to be outside by the pool; with sunbeds and towels provided, plus an electric BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen under shaded cover providing shelter from the midday sun; it was all very well thought out. And of course the pool table in the basement was enjoyed too!Omiš is a beautiful town, the market square was very pretty, plenty of little market stalls, street food, shops and restaurants and the people are all really friendly.Activities we enjoyed were zip lining and a trek up to the Starigrad Fortress. If you have a car, the drive to Trogir and Zadar are well worth it; we also had an amazing boat trip from Split round the islands of Vis and Hvar, the blue caves and snorkelling at the blue lagoon.If we had to say anything slightly negative it would be having to navigate the narrow windy road to get up to the villa, but that’s a small price to pay for the little bit of paradise at the top. It’s a must go and we’d love to return one day, very highly recommended.

Quiet location, glorious views, 10 minutes to Omis & 25 minutes to Split with so much to do. Would recommend to anybody..

Our first visit and won’t be our last. We have rented many villas and by far this had the best host in Jenny, booked restaurants and excursions for us and even cooked us dinner one night. Amazingly clean villa and Omis is a beautiful little town with every amenity you need. The villa has a restaurant directly behind or two great ones at the bottom of the hill (1 min drive, 5 min walk). Shop very close 6 min drive, 10 min walk) and Omis town is 15 min drive (around €30 in a cab), you will not be disappointed

A beautiful property in Omis - the views are incredible, the stylish villa is beautifully presented and furnished. The pool area is stunning. Mario and Branka couldn't be more helpful and as owners it shows how much they care - they are great super hosts and always responsible. Highly recommend. We were two families of three staying in this absolutely fantastic villa. Marina met us on check in and helped us navigate up a very hilly entrance in our hire cars, but my word was it worth it! This was the best view of any villa I have ever stayed at, wonderful combination of open Adriatic Sea and Dalmatian Mountains. Marina left us some lovely welcome items and even left us a lovely treat mid week after cleaning the amazing pool! We cannot overstate how great this location is, a VIlla but withing walking distance of several good restaurants and beach bars but also totally private. The standard of decor and fixtures in the property is top class. It is clear the owners take immense pride in the property. We would not hesitate to recommend this Villa. Absoultely amaxing with a great and friendly host to help you through all steps!

Fabulous villa with a modern design. Host was superb and could not do enough to ensure our stay went smoothly. Area was convenient and clean with some good local bars. I would recommend this for families and friends who still want to be in reach of busy towns but need their own space.
