Holiday rentals near Comunity Sport Complex

We had an excellent experience staying at this villa. Andreas, the host, went above and beyond with making us feel welcome and was a wealth of information in what was going on in the area. He was also swift to respond to any messages . The villa was clean, and had everything that we required for our stay. A real home from home. The views from the villa were amazing and the pool and garden area were perfect for us and private. The location suited us as we hired a car, and it was only a 10 minute drive into Ayia Napa. We also ventured to Protaras (20 min) and Famagusta. It is excellently situated for all of the beautiful beaches in the area and we visited many of these. We would definitely stay here again if coming to the area.

Lovely villa in a quiet location.

The pictures were really accurate, but the star of the villa was the outside pool area. Beautiful, as every day was over 32 degrees. Ayia Thekla itself does not have lots of bars/ restaurants, unlike neighbouring Ayia Napa and Nissi beach.

This apartment is well equipped, in an incredible location and a stones throw from the beach, restaurants and bars. Mary was always at hand to help with questions and our requirements . Would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be coming back!

My family and I spent two weeks at this villa. I spent months researching villas in a lot of locations to find the perfect one for us and I am a bit picky and like a bit of luxury! I decided to take faith in the reviews from previous holiday makers. I challenge anyone to find reviews as good as this villa for a similar price. I can confirm that all the comments made about this villa are accurate. There are no disappointments and I will be forever grateful to the folk that have left reviews hence me now doing this one. The villa is exceptionally clean, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Outside, the space is amazing and the view has to be experienced to be appreciated. I took a video of the view and the noise of the waves to play back to remind me of the beauty of this place. I am so grateful for the memories my family and I now have. Thank you to Carol, the owner and a big thanks to Sylke, the lady who is never far away for help and advice in Cyprus. You both made the holiday so easy. Thank you. x

Yet again we have had a fabulous couple of weeks at Villa Harsha (Hara) still some confusion with the name. The property manager was able to accommodate us with an early check in and a late checkout which was really helpful. Facilities are all great although a mirror in the main bedroom and downstairs bedroom would be advantageous. The villa is in a fabulous location which benefits from sea breezes on the hot afternoons, plenty of sun loungers and the large parasol is a godsend in the middle of the day. BBQ facilities are good. The water canister is a good option which we really missed last year. The get you in pack was a little sparse with only 4 small bottles of water although 5 adults were booked in, previous years we have had bread, orange juice, butter and large bottles of water which would be helpful for someone who does not know the area or arrived late. Just a few consecutive comments as we love staying in this villa and will definitely be booking again in the future.

The villa is lovely and has everything you need for a family. The location is only a 10 minute drive from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sea was wonderful and the beach was nice. There is a lovely traditional taverna called Enaila which we highly recommend and a restaurant called Theta which is fantastic. Great stay and will definitely be going back.
