This apartment is perfectly situated for all of the shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront and also only a short walk to San Blas for further choice of restaurants. The contact with the property management was excellent, we had a small issue with check in but they were at the end of the phone immediately to sort it for us. Superbly located apartment within easy reach of all amenities. Apartment was bright, airy and very clean with all the equipment and facilities on site for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The apartment has a large balcony for catching the sun or people watching from the comfort of the chairs or sun loungers provided. Restaurants, shops and the beach all in the immediate vicinity. Alex on hand to provide guests with his full support and expertise was much appreciated.

The Villa looked the same as the photos. All the rooms were of a good size, clean and tidy. The villa was well equipped and the view was superb. Fabio was an excellent host. We had a great time.

The location of this apartment is superb for Siam Mall and Water Park. It is only 15 minutes from the Airport and walking distance to the beach. We had a fantastic stay, there is so much space for a family and great indoor space too at night to relax. It was unfortunate that during our stay the villa next door was undergoing refurbishment which meant lots of noise (tile cutting in particular) from 0900-1530hrs each day. We tried to go out during the day, but it would have been nice to make use of the covered spaces and pool during the mid day sun. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this property for its location, space and amenities.

The apartment has a beautiful sea view on Las Vistas beach to be enjoyed from sunrise to sunset. Complete with everything you need for a holiday and very close to all services.
