The villa is located in an exclusive residential area.

The nearest services, such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets are at only 5 minutes away by car.

The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away by car. the nearest beach is: playa de torviscas. Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos is 6 minutes away by car.

The property is a two-story house. in the ground floor there is:

- a fully equipped kitchen;
- living area with dining table, sofas and TV;
- Toilette.

on the top floor there are:
- 3 bedrooms;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- wide shared terrace.

the pool is on the ground floor. It's 9x4m. The first 1.20m is a unique step where you can play safely with children and babies and put the sunbed / lounger on top. The pool is provided with an electric cover that helps maintain and increase the temperature of the pool throughout the day. The pool also has an electric heating system. 8 hours of operation are included in the price. 24 hours of operation have an additional cost of 15 euros per day.

next to the kitchen there is an outside dining table with 6 dining chairs and a barbecue.

From the moment we booked Alessandrio was in touch. Communication was brilliant. The property is outstanding and had everything you could need. The location is perfect for exploring we loved driving to La Caleta for coffee and meals.

A fabulous and modern villa that is very well equipped. We loved our stay and hope to return. It is very close to Siam Park and the coast - both just a short drive away. We had a car which was ideal (& recommended) but we easily got taxis for evenings out (c. 8-15 depending on where to).

What an amazing villa. We had great communication with the host Alessandro, who was very friendly & accommodating. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Very modern and comfortable, 20 mins from the airport, we hired a car as the villa is in the hills which we preferred as it was very quiet with great views. We highly recommend and will be returning next year

We had a lovely stay at Villa Alessandria in August'26. I stayed with my Partner, his parents and his Daughter. The host was happy to answer any questions before we arrived and was good with communication during our stay too. We arrived to an online shop that we sorted prior, from the mercadona app which we were most grateful for. We had purchased bbq coals but there was also some left from previous guests. We hired a car which was useful to get more shopping and visit Adeje. Theres a cinema and shopping centre and McDonalds a short drive away. My partner and I walked down to the entrance to Roque del Conde and back uphill every morning to get steps in as we spent a lot of time relaxing around the pool! We took a Bluetooth speaker with us which was nice to have on early evening time. We took pool floats. Kept stocked up on bottled water and mini ice-creams!The villa itself is up a very steep hill and the views are stunning. The area was also very peaceful and quiet. We were glad we stayed here rather than in Adeje itself as it was extremely busy during the summer holidays! The washing machine, dishwasher and bbq were great to have too. There was a shelf in the lounge with books from previous guests, I read one and also left one of mine! Beach towels were provided which was a lovely touch. We are normally ready to come home, but after 10 days at the beautiful villa, this was not the case! We will 100% be returning. Many thanks

Lovely villa

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful stay. Villa was perfect and just as described. Clean and the garden and pool was lovely. Beautiful views and great to be away from the noise of the main resort but only a 10/15 min drive. Will definitely be back.

Excellent stay

Really enjoyed our stay in this villa . We have stayed in a few villas in Tenerife but this was our favourite. Modern , very clean great pool and everything you need . Great communication with owner and even arranged extra night stay when delayed flight would highly recommend
