Orange Tree pet-friendly rentals

Place was filthy, lots of things broke or not working. Patio doors couldn't be used, we had a note to that effect and not fixed at all. Paid for heated pool extra £500 and we looked at 2 days. Cracks in floor. Slats missing on bed. Burns on kitchen table. Chips out of kitchen top. Netting around pool broke and took a week to be fixed. Pool surround covered in green mould. Waste disposal broke, although was fixed. Insurance men turning up while we were in resid nice to assess the house - invasion of our privacy. Broken blinds, no curtains. No change of bedding or anyone coming in to clean through. Very, very poor facilities. A sofa that kept separating and little padding. We were told not to contact the owner at any cost. Complete rip off. Charity shops had better furniture than the villa.
