Amazing location, Fabulous accommodation and apartment a good size for family of 4

This was the second time that we have stayed in this apartment for several weeks and it suits us very well with easy access to the pistes. A very well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a newly refurbished shower room (the bath has now gone). This year a washing machine has also been installed, which was a great help to us. Regine is a very welcoming and thoughtful host, who is keen to help with any problems. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Spacious, well equipped apartment with great views over Valloire and the countryside behind it, well suited to a party that were partly skiing and partly walking & raquetting. We were slightly confused as we thought we’d booked the apartment at the end, but were shown to the first apartment; no big deal as, apart from the aspect, they were a mirror-image of each other internally. Getting to the lifts did require a car journey as the Navette stopped well below and although possible going down, it was quite a slog coming back, carrying skis, etc. Snow really good for Easter with links all open, even right down to both villages and pistes well tended - much easier going over to Valmenier than coming back though due to the lift configuration! And some stunning walks up beyond the barriered-off section of the Col de Galibier and above the apartment via Poingt Ravier to Le Pain de Sucre. Getting back to the apartment all the more welcoming with the underfloor heating. One note, bring your own household essentials as, apart from a little washing up liquid & loo rolls, there were no bin bags (just 1 in kitchen), dishwasher tabs, coffee filters etc.

Warm, cosy and comfy chalet in a great location. Everything you need on the doorstep in this unspoilt village with easy access to the slopes. Close to a great bar but very peaceful and quiet. Views of the mountain from the little garden. Will definitely be back to stay here again, thank you to helpful owner.

Our group loved the apartment which is in a beautiful village in stunning surroundings. The apartment is compact but was the perfect accommodation to come back to after snowboarding each day. It’s well equipped and the kitchen facilities mean that you have the choice of eating out or eating in. The apartment is warm, plenty of hot water, storage for snowboard/skis in the basement and has good facilities, including wifi. Great pizzeria in Jouvenceaux… would def recommend that. Aside from that, there aren’t many bars and restaurants in Jouvenceaux, so we walked up to Sauze on a couple of evenings. Bit of a steep walk, but worth it for a fun night out. As we visited during the last week in March, the Jouvenceaux chairlift to the Sauze D’Oulx ski area was only open for the first day of the six days that we were there. This wasn’t a problem for us because we had a car, but worth keeping in mind if you’re visiting late in the season without a car. We hired a car which really helped, and would recommend this for anyone staying in Jouvenceaux. We could drive up to Sauze to get the chairlift or pick up supplies, and it also meant we could drive over to Sestriere and Montgenevre, both of which are great. The ski link from Sauze to Sestriere was closed, so the car came in really handy… even though it was a bit of a squeeze getting 4 guys and snowboards into an Opel Karl (where there’s a will there’s a way). Really good communication from the owner Roberto prior to our visit and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to others, and would be more than happy to stay again. Grazie Roberto.

The apartment is great - spacious, well equipped and with nice views across the valley. It is a great base for skiing - the bubble lift from La Raffort is a short and pleasant walk down the hill. We didn’t have a car, but found it easy to get about and buy shopping in Meribel. One tip - we found it useful to hire a ski locker in Chaudanne (beneath Saulire lift). Thanks for a perfect holiday!

Charlotte’s chalet is a perfect for a couple wanting a romantic getaway in the mountains. It’s in a lovely village, Le Grenier, and was just the place for us. The interior was very cosy and I love the alpine chalet feel for two without the alpine chalet price. We would love to come back as it was the perfect place to stay to ski in Courchavel or Pralongan le Vanoise. Also Charlotte is lovely and incredibly helpful whenever you need her.
