This apartment was superb. Perfect location, everything we needed in walking distance, bakers butchers fishmonger. View was awesome. Free parking a 3 minute walk was great. Laetitia our host gave spot on recommendations and was very helpful. Highly recommend this as a fabulous place to stay. We hope to come back soon.

We had such a wonderful holiday in Yvias. Hervé and Béatrice were such accommodating hosts and nothing was too much. The house has been newly renovated to an excellent standard and is fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need. The garden is huge and safe and suited our four children perfectly. The location was great. Paimpol is very near and there is good access to a spectacular coast line. We had a super meal out on our last night at ´l’Astrolabe’ in Quemper Guezenec too, which is very close to Yvias. We would like to wish the hosts all the best possible for their future endeavours. Very well -equipped with everything in good condition. Large enclosed garden and a lovely walk to the sea. This area is not that touristy and we saw no other English people in the local town so if you want an authentic French experience, this is for you. Great area to explore and Pleubian, 5 minutes away, is a beautiful small town with truly wonderful food shops and small supermarket that carer for anything you are likely to need. The fish shop sells everything from filleted fish to lobster, all the freshest you can find. The choice of restaurants nearby is limited, although very good and this venue would be best for someone prepared to self-cater as well as eat out. In summary, wonderful, relaxing place with lots of beautiful coastal scenery and towns to visit.

We like the area, very relaxing and lots of things to do for a family. The property is a great base, simple , good WiFi, Netflix and modern.
