Had a great week. Lovely pool, beautiful views amazingly peaceful. High quality accommodation. Friendly, helpful and gracious hosts who were not intrusive.Looking at the map it is close to a major road but can assure future guests you cannot hear it at all either at the property or on the lovely walks from the door.Thanks to Sander and Mirte from Russell and Sally

We had a lovely stay at this property. The house had everything we needed and was even better than we expected. The hosts were very helpful if we needed anything. The grounds were great fpr a large family and the pool was enjoyed by all. It was great to be able to walk into the village for a patisserie, shop and bar/restaurant. Would definitely recommend

We stayed for three weeks at the converted stable, it was simply beautiful but also very functional, well equipped and everything worked well. Comfortable bed, lovely sofas. Garden is lovely with various private spaces to sit. Village is small but does have a bar/tabac and bakers. Small Friday market with local produce. Lots to see within an hours drive. Gerda, our host was super, she helped us and gave great information on places to go and see. We had an amazing time and big thanks to Gerda!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and filled with lots of antiques which added character. The house is in a quiet rural location but close to Excideuil (we recomend the market) and Brantome for kayaking. Didier was a lovely host and came early in the morning every other day to clean the pool. Would highly recommend

We were three families with 6 adults and 6 kids ranging from 3 to 14 years of age. The place was absolutely stunning and suited our requirements perfectly. If you wanted some peace and quiet there were plenty of places to retreat to. The outdoor space is immense and the wild flower meadow is the best i've ever seen. We absolutely loved this place and will return. The owner was great with communications and very helpful with questions about the area. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful property and we will return
