Holiday rentals near Abbatiale Saint-Gilles du Gard

Charming village. Beautifully restored property at foot of ruined castle on a hill. Had a great stay and would recommend to anyone who loves the area.

A traditional stone built farmhouse. Remarkably tranquil.The gîte was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well equipped for the purposes of our stay. The main rooms have air-conditioning which helps even in late September. The owners are friendly, helpful and approachable, and give us good advice on what to see in the area and the best places to eat. The property is located centrally and the coast, the Camargue, Arles, and the picturesque towns further in land, were only a short distance away. We would stay there again quite happily.

Patrice is the perfect host and his charming top floor apartment simply cannot be faulted. The character ambience and central location mean this is the only place I wish to stay on future visits to Nîmes

We had a fabulous two week holiday. Catherine was extremely helpful and kind to us. We loved the property. Everything was there that we needed and a lot more. The home is close to Sommieres, very easy to walk into town. We had access bikes which we used to cycle to Calvisson. Overall it was a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to come back next year.
