Holiday rentals near Institute of Hellenic Mills

SQ1 is conveniently located close to Monastiraki sq. east walking distance to the Acropolis & other sights. We were warmly greeted by Costas who gave us lots of information of where of eat, local bakeries & some landmarks visible from the amazing balcony.The apartment is clean, comfortable & spacious with little noise pollution from the surrounding area. We would recommend dinner in Bandiera & also Lithos, both excellent menus & very reasonably priced.

Firstly, thanks to Lina for being such a pleasant host. Lina met us to show us the apartment and was very helpful in recommending restaurants and places of interest. She was quick to respond to any questions we had via what's app and her information was extremely helpful. The apartment is very spacious with a great shaded balcony, perfect for eating breakfast each morning. Air conditioning was ideal as we stayed during a heatwave. It is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood, just a short walk to restaurants and beaches. It has everything you need for your stay. Vouliagmeni itself is ideal for relaxing with a variety of restaurants to choose from. There are no shops persay in the area other than supermarkets but Glyfada and Athens are easily accessible by bus if you do want to do some shopping or sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely time and Christos was very welcoming and full of information about the local area. We loved the sea views and enjoyed the sunsets every evening from the balcony. It was a clean and modern apartment. We enjoyed exploring the local beaches. I recommend a hire car to get around. The coastal drive was stunning. We also visited Athens one day.

Lovely big apartment in central Athens. Has all the amenities you’d expect and in a great location.

The property was exactly as advertised and the host Con was fantastic. He picked us up at the airport and took us back. he took us for 2 great tours to see the various sites. was on hand for any request we had and even picked us up one night when taxis were no where to be found! Bali beach was beautiful and the bakery at the end of the street had a view of the sea and the best burgers ever! All in all a great stay! Thanks Con - you made it!

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely apartment. We were able to travel easily to everywhere we wanted without need of a car and it was very quiet at night despite central location. Had intended to eat in often but the range of restaurants within walking distance frequently tempted us out with their delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Thanks Costos for ensuring that we were comfortable and all our needs were met.
