I cannot say enough about our stay here! The communication with Mary, the host, was excellent. This villa is absolutely outstanding! Mary has thought of everything as this is a home away from home with everything you need (inc dishwasher and washing machine) - her personal touch was most welcome from the provision of food and beverages (including home made wine) right down to luxury toiletries. Its stunning and the location is just perfect, surrounded by the ocean and in walking distance to all beaches and tavernas offering wonderful service and food, not to mention friendship. If Mary wasn't available for any reason, her mum would come to see us - just such a lovely family! If you're looking for luxury accommodation and a romantic holiday for two, this is definitely the ideal accommodation. Villa is in a lovely location above Stoupa. It is a 10 minute walk down to Central stupa with its restaurants and bars, but you hear nothing in Villa The pool is lovely with a shallow area and a deeper section 1.6m. It was really good for family messing about. The bedrooms have air-conditioning, which works well and the upstairs balcony is lovely, very cool in the mornings. The internal decoration is lovely, classy with lots of interesting books to browse through. The outside area was also excellent.

Through early research queries and then the booking process Mary was very quick to respond and recommended exactly the right house for us (Couples). Her mum, who is a lovely person and lives close by, was there to greet us and help us with any issues. The views are magnificent and sunset in the jacuzzi with a glass ot two is not to be missed. Stoupa is a lovely seaside village with plenty of options for eating and was not over touristy during our stay (early June). Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time, so many gorgeous beaches to visit, wild countryside, and wonderful ruins. Our hosts were welcoming and great communicators, all in all a very special holiday.

This is a really lovely place, well looked after, well equipped and with outstanding views from the high mountains down to the sea. Serafim was a great host and the northern Mani is a very special area.

This home is absolutely wonderful and we will be eager to return. The pictures actually don't do it justice. The views are spectacular from each of the six terraces, and there are more outdoor nooks and sitting areas than you'll be able to enjoy in a week. We found the home to be clean, well-stocked and outfitted, and in almost impeccable condition. The property manager, Michael from Mani Hospitality, provided great information and was very responsive. And the town of Stoupa and its environs are wonderful to enjoy and explore. You can wind your way down the Mani or up in the mountains, or just stay put and enjoy the beach and the bay views. Either way this spot will not disappoint!

This stand out feature of this property is the location which is absolutely stunning, only 10 minutes walk from Stoupa and easily accessible to Agios Nikolaos on the cycle path. The views are absolutely stunning, and it is very private. The property is clean and the host Stavros, very amenable and helpful, but respects your privacy. The pool is a good size, although understandably cool at the end of October! All in all thoroughly recommended.
