Absolutely stunning villa, everything about this villa is amazing, it was spotlessly clean, the garden is lovely, the quality of fixtures and fittings are second to none, I've never seen such a well equipped kitchen, it had everything you could ever need.From the moment we booked, contact with Lisa was amazing, we were met by Miguel during check-in who showed us around everything, lovely lounge, massive dinning table, huge kitchen, 5 great bedrooms, large upper floor patio, brilliant pool, lovely garden with massive table, BBQ, there isn't one thing I could think of that it was missing or any suggestions to make it better.Best villa I have ever stayed, thank you for renting such an amazing place, I really hope to return.

We loved our time at Vanessa’s penthouse - we felt at home right away. The bed is supremely comfortable and the shower is great. We enjoyed breakfasts, lunches and pre-dinner drinks on the balcony, taking in the views at different times of day and in a variety of weather conditions. We loved the garden and the pool, too (especially as the stormy weather meant the sea was sometimes too rough for swimming).

This villa exceeding our expectations. The photos and write-up don't do this property justice! The bedroom spaces are huge, each with walk-in wardrobes and private bathrooms. The outdoor balconies and roof terrace are so spacious and beautiful, there are several seating and dining options, and the pool was bigger than we expected from the photos. The villa is located away from the busyness of Carvoeiro, but close enough for us and kids (age 10-13) to walk in everyday. Fantastic to have to option of UberEats delivering meals to us. We managed without a car or taxis but younger children may benefit from the option of having a car to get them up and down the hill to the beach. Paulo, Fatima and their son were perfect hosts - offering advice about the local area and readily on hand via text if we needed anything. We cannot recommend this villa highly enough, it is the perfect property for a large family, or for a group of friends wanting their own space. Thank you so much :)

The position of this villa is wonderful. Exclusive clifftop views whilst conveniently positioned to a host of beautiful beaches and fabulous restaurants.

The property is amazing. It is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was perfect. The outside space was so lovely and we spent most of our time out there. The inside spaces are very big and the beds were so comfortable, we all slept very well. It was like living in a hotel! The property is about 15 mins walk down to the town centre with lots of shops and restaurants on the way and several nice places to eat just 5 minutes walk away. The boardwalk and the caves were lovely to visit and we also walked further east along the coast one day. Communication with the housekeeper was excellent and any issues immediately rectified. I absolutely recommend this villa, it was so lovely and I would love to go back one day.

We have stayed many times in Portugal and i must say Cascade house was a lovely villa and one of the nicest we have stayed in a short walk into town and was in a very nice quite cul-de-sac We would defiantly stay again Paulo the owner was very helpful in answering any questions very quickly
