Stunning location , stunning property. Perfect set up for large party gathering as facilities were open plan. Lots to keep everyone entertained with the stunning swimming pool and games room. Hot tub perfect for relaxation overlooking the stunning coastline.

What an absolutely beautiful house. Everything was just perfect, we all loved it at The View, I could have stayed there for ever!! It’s like a little piece of heaven! So clean and tidy, well equipped with everything you would need. Lots of space for everyone, even better than the pictures. It has so much personality and uniqueness and of course the most perfect view!! Thank you, we will be back!!!

We were taken aback as soon as we entered the property. You are hit by the amazing views as soon as you walk in and this continues into the main living area. The swim spa maintains the heat and is a great addition, especially during the cold February weather! We were very pleased to recieve two welcome baskets inclusing wine, prosecco, tea, coffee and biscuits. Downderry is a quiet village perfect to use as a base. The local pub 'Inn on the Shore' was lovely and very welcoming. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We stayed as two families (4 adults) with 3 children ages 5 and 10. Perfectly spacious, comfortable, warm and had all up to date facilities.

A group of us have been friends since we were 11 (we're now 65!) We had a wonderful reunion in this beautiful property. It was spotlessly clean, very well appointed and the views were glorious. The roof top hot tub was a real treat after enjoying walking on the beach (so close) and hours at the table sharing memories. It was wonderful in the winter and I'm sure would be even more wonderful in the summer. Thank you.

We booked this house due to a last minute cancellation (by the owner) on one we’d previously booked elsewhere. All I can say is I’m so glad they cancelled. This house was for the same price but far outweighed the other one. If you like peace and quiet this is the place to be. It was perfect, the most well equipped self catering place I’ve ever stayed in. Views were amazing, the hot tub a delight and the overall standard of the decor was brilliant. The welcome back on arrival was a lovely touch. Thank you Portwrinkle holidays for a perfect stay.

Very nicely appointed accommodation. Three double rooms with large comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms - ideal for three couples. Comfortable living space and a great location for Plymouth (15 mins) without being in the city. Nice rural views. The large hot-tub is excellent, offering nice views. Could do with slightly better screening, some pegs for towels/robes and an outdoor light. One robe is included per room. The Mussell Inn offers very nice food and great service, though is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The kitchen in the accommodation has a small induction hob and small oven, but it's plenty for self-catering. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the extractor fan, so be prepared for smoke alarm if you like a cooked breakfast! WiFi is decent, covering all the rooms and plenty quick enough.

We had a fantastic stay in The Corn Barn and will definitely return. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything anybody could ever need, and more. The beds were very comfy and we all slept very well. The Hot Tub was used every day, there's nothing better than relaxing in it with a cold glass of wine and stunning views over the countryside! Our children loved the park, and our 10 year old enjoyed the freedom of being allowed to 'pop over' to it whenever she wanted!
