Grand Cayman houses

Had a most relaxing time in a spacious well equipped property.Quiet location with minimal road noise. Own pool and use of paddleboards, kayaks was great,Perfect location to explore the lesser known attractions of the Island away from the crowds and traffic associated with George Town.Points to note are chickens run freely over the property as they do throughout the Island and the sand from the shoreline has eroded leaving a sinking area when you first enter the water. A small trade off considering it's a perfect home from home vacation.

Had a lovely week staying here, the house has everything you need and is in a great location to explore the island. We will miss waking up to the fabulous sea view each day. We will definitely return.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Mark and Cathy are lovely hosts and very communicative. The house is well stocked with absolutely everything you need. Snorkeling is right outside your doorstep and the pool is shaded and lovely. You will need a rental car to move around and see more sights on the island but this is easy and adds to your adventure. There are restaurants near the home and just a short drive away. The home is just perfect for a relaxing getaway and adventure. You will surely have an amazing stay at Mahogany Point 5!

We were a large group of 12 (including 2 noisy toddlers!), but there was enough space for all of us. The owners arranged baby-sitting, so we were able to go out for the night and also for a private chef on another night, which was the best part of our stay. We sat out in under the stars and was served a banquet. The kids rooms were perfect, with a TV, so they could relax after a hard morning looking for crabs, kayaking and playing in the pool. Absolutely perfect house and in a great spot. Can't wait for our next trip!!

We booked this place at the last minute and the owner was very accommodating and responsive. The owner even allowed us to have a few friends over for lunch on Sunday. The property itself is very comfortable and homely. The most noticeable thing is how clean the entire place is. It is not a new house but that did not matter to us. The house was clean and inviting. The six bedrooms and six bathrooms were plenty for us as we were a group of 8. The pool was very clean and we used the charcoal grill one of the evenings. We walked to the small grocery and liquor store three houses away!! The house has a good, comfortable and unpretentious vibe which we loved. The view was lovely but you can’t swim in the ocean outside. That is so for most of the properties on that side of the island. The only challenge for us was that the kitchen and living room were on the second floor but even that was not too much of an issue. There were three bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. Downstairs also had a small living room area so everyone had their own space. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kai 2 which had the most beautiful sea views and sunsets. The villa was immaculate and was well stocked with everything you would need. We used the BBQ most evenings! The location is quiet and very peaceful with only a few people on the beach each day! The shared swimming pool was great! The management company was very responsive and any little issues we had were resolved straight away! I would thoroughly recommend Kai 2 to anyone looking for a stress free peaceful vacation!

We have been to Cayman many times, and this was by far our favourite visit. We were able to go straight out to the beach without packing up a car with all the beach supplies. Just incredible to step right out of the villa directly onto the beach. We love snorkelling and we were able to go right out to the ship wreck to snorkel from the beach, which we really enjoyed. We also love the tennis courts, which was a really nice addition for our vacation to go play some tennis. The court also had a basketball net, so we decided to play a little basketball which was very fun for the kids. The hosts answered all our questions and were very thoughtful. Thank you for the welcome package! It’s so great they supply lots of beach towels and beach chairs. The patio has a big dining table and barbeque, and the indoor kitchen was very large and was stocked with everything you need to cook. It was so great to not have to go out to eat for every meal, plus we had such a great view that eating at the villa was preferable. We even sometimes sat at the beach to enjoy our lunch since it was right off the deck!
