Great house well equipped for a big group and host was very responsive when we needed anything. On the quiet side of the island without much super close but was the perfect place to sit on the beach, float in the ocean/pool and snorkel in the reef right out front. Would definitely go back!

Wonderful house for our family reunion. Everyone had their own space. Host was always quick to respond to any of our questions. We loved snorkeling and kayaking right from the beach/dock.

An amazing stay for our family of 15 on the north side of Grand Cayman. The house was in an ideal location on the north side. From the house you could easily get to rum point and starfish point. The house was wonderful and easily fit our family. There was great snorkeling and fishing right off the dock and the pool came in handy for the kids. We did a boat tour, which was recommended by the host, and had a fabulous day. Highly recommend this property!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cocokai in Grand Cayman! The house was perfect for our group of 10, kids included, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The location is ideal if you want to experience a quieter side of the island. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships, but still only about a 40-minute drive to Seven Mile Beach. We loved being so close to Cayman Caves, Rum Point, the Botanical Garden, and several beautiful public beaches. Spotts Beach was a particular favorite—we even got to swim with the turtles!Jason was a fantastic host and a great communicator. He was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and made everything easy from start to finish.Overall, it was a dream vacation, and we would absolutely stay at Cocokai again. Highly recommend!

Our stay worked great for our 7 adults and 4 children! 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms plus 1/2 bath by kitchen and another full bathroom by pool area! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving! We celebrated our 30th anniversary and were thrilled with our accommodations plus pool/beach toys and kayaks! Thanks, Jason!

A really peaceful spot on Grand Cayman—especially the quieter side away from the crowds.Being able to hop over to Seven Mile Beach by ferry is a big plus since that’s one of the island’s most famous stretches of sand. And having quick access to Rum Point means you’re close to water sports, snorkeling, and that laid-back beach vibe without being in a busy tourist hub.\Tukka too—it’s well known for its Caribbean-Australian fusion and oceanfront setting, which fits perfectly with that relaxed, scenic feel.Place is very clean and once the wind died, great place to snorkel right off shore.

Excellent place for extended family gathering. The house is spacious, well equipped, and really had no limitations in how to enjoy a beachside vacation. The manager was super-responsive to requests/questions. We had a great time there!

Great Stay

Perfect amount of space for our larger group. The store down the street was great to have, along with the Over the Edge restaurant a short drive up the road. Was able to enjoy the pool, beach, and ocean every day. Would recommend a stay here at CoCo Kai.

Perfect property for family

The house was perfect for our family. We had our 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren stay there. We loved the location on the quiet side of the island. There is a sandy beach, which many on the north side do not have. We would definitely stay there again!

Carefree getaway

Our family group of 10 had a wonderful stay in CocoKai! It is one of the few places we would absolutely stay in again. The North Side is quiet and peaceful, while still plenty to do and see. The house and property is lovely.
