Gem of a property

We stayed for 10 days at this gem of a property. Although it is set away from the main cities, it has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. From a lovely open plan terrace, good sized pool to the bonus of aircon in every bedroom. The fortuna baths in the main town was a great find as well as the large pool at the top of the hill within the urbanizaciones. We had a lovely time, thank you.

Perfecto Vacaciones!

Perfect retreat and excellent property in peaceful location with stunning scenery. The outdoor space was amazing with an excellent outdoor kitchen and fantastic swimming pool. Would highly recommend and hope to return - Hasta pronto!

Fam holiday

The villa had everything you'd need for a relaxing break. Lesley and Warren were on hand if you needed anything and gave good advice for eating out,shopping and sightseeing. Fantastic pool and well kept property. Definitely need a car, as to eat out , shopping and sightseeing are a short drive away, but we mainly prepared our own food at the villa. We all had a lovely family holiday.

excellent villa

Stunning villa and very clean we were met by Christians sister in law to hand over the keys the villa was lovely and clean. It could almost be two flats as downstairs has 3 bedrooms a bathroom and a mini kitchen no cooking facilities but houses the washing machine and american style fridge with ice and cold water very nice in the heat ! Upstairs has a big double bedroom en suite and living room separate dining room and the full kitchen with fridges, oven, hob and dishwasher. all high quality. You need a car but its great 30 mins to the beautiful beach at guardamar, 10 mins to Orihuela less than 5mins to the nearest supermarket. Christian was on hand to answer anything and it was great to know we could get in touch with him very friendly and cant do enough to ensure your stay is the best. Nice property good location

We were visiting family who live nearby and this villa was ideal location for us. Easy to arrange check in and departure the only thing that was hard to achieve during our winter stay was a warm house. Logs were available for the real fire but were hard to get lit and established. Would definitely consider staying again and enjoying the fine rooftop views in warmer times
