Myself and my small team used this accommodation instead of a hotel. Great facilities, easy parking and good local shops. Overall made a busy week much more relaxing.

A repeat of my earlier review to prove I genuinely did like it so much that I booked a second week!!!!An absolutely charming property in a beautiful location. We feel so fortunate to have stayed here — and indeed liked it so much we extended our stay! The barn conversion is stunning. The interior design is the perfect marriage of form and function. And the hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. This is the perfect country retreat if you want to curl up with a book by a log fire. The kitchen is a delight to cook in — and there's Ingham's Farm Shop nearby for deluxe supplies! And there's lots to do in the surrounding area for those seeking adventure. This is an absolute hidden gem. Would highly recommend.

Loved staying at the lodge and on the marina. Relaxing placeto stay in a beautiful setting with a short drive to the city.

Quiet and peaceful, easy to get around if you want to go out, need a car

Poppy cottage is comfortable both inside and out. The owner was lovely . Loads of information on walks in the surrounding area. Perfect location for our visit to Abbotts Bromley, to visit the ancestors. Will definately book again when back that way. Thank you Tracy and Darren for letting your beautiful Poppy Cottage. xxx

We used the gatehouse as a base when meeting up with family for the weekend. The accommodation was bright, living areas spacious and very clean. Host was easy to contact & helpful.

Ideal location and lovely homely cottage in beautiful grounds. It was the perfect way to relax after our days out at a soggy Download festival. Well equipped with everything we needed and the hosts were great, welcoming good communications and even brought some freshy clipped roses from the garden on our first morning! Can't wait to visit again next year!
