Johnny was a superb host nothing to much trouble very informative , and the property’s location is absolutely amazing backs on to national trust woodland with picturesque sea views….. can’t wait to revisit

Went there with the family to celebrate my 60’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time , the house was great and had everything we needed, nice and quiet but near to shops pubs and cafes ,hosts very friendlyWould recommend

The cottage was well located for coastal walks, beaches, stunning scenery and the quaint village. Great pubs, post office / shop, coffee shop etc. The cottage was well maintained and had everything we needed for a weeks stay - lovely scones too, thanks. It was very clean and spacious, though the direct view was not brilliant. MUST be fit and able, steps up to the cottage and it’s a very hilly area - we definitely got fitter, but loved it.

Had a lovely week at Luino with the family and our dog. The spacious house was amazing, very well equipped and was the cleanest holiday home we have stayed in to date (and there have been many). Beds were very comfortable as was the huge corner sofa in the living area. Garden is massive and secure (for the dog) and finally the hot tub was a lovely extra option and a perfect way to end the day and watch the stars.

This house is absolutely amazing. It is so clean, comfortable and the views are spectacular. Helen was so helpful to us with a very short notice booking. Book here, you won't regret it, we were very lucky and had some incredible sunsets, it's not often you get to see the sun slowly sink into the sea. Thank you so much Helen xxx
