Burton Bradstock houses

Great comms and lovely welcome from Luba and Chris for our two night stay. Easy to find and parking right next to the front door. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very peaceful with two spacious doubles, both with their own TV and modern en-suite facilities. Comfortable lounge with wood burner, TV and jigsaw ready to go - all with lovely views over to Hardy's Monument. Ideal location for visiting the local area by car - we went to Weymouth (Catch! restaurant was fab), Dorchester, Poundbury, Max Gate (National Trust) and Athelhampton House - will definitely be back as lots more to see. A great value mini-break, thank you!

Sweet little beach hut, well equipped but more info needed on the cooking unit re the hobs, we had to get help from the managing agents. Also we never managed to get the oven to work and there was no manual to help, so we relied on the hobs and the microwave. The bunk beds were very comfortable.We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful weather.

This cottage is a quintessentially beachside cottage - very close to all local amenities. I think the cottage is more beautiful in person than in the photos on the listing. It appears to have a brand new bathroom and is well-maintained. As others have said, due to the location it is rather noisy so do take earplugs for a good night's sleep. Do note that there is a PARKING PERMIT in the property, so you do not need to pay for parking.

Great value. Loved the location, just a few minutes from door to sea. Places to eat also all around. No need to drive anywhere. Lovely welcome pack and everything you need for short stay.

This is a fine, elegant building. The apartment is newly decorated. All facilities worked well. The views are outstanding.

Perfect for what we wanted,a short walk to the beach , good pub next door

We loved our stay at Dolphin Cottage, the location was perfect, right on the beach. We loved watching the world go by from the terrace. So much do do in Lyme. We’ll be back!
