A charming little property, that is absolutely perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean, very well maintained and with everything you need. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The garden and pool area is a superb retreat, providing plenty of sun and shade throughout the whole day.

The house was very airy & spacious, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was perfect and it was easy to access the trolley bus. Pool was excellent too. All perfect for our large family group of 10.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at White Sands Beach House. The villa is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is fully equipped for everything including beach chairs and trolleys. The house was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the water filter in the fridge, which saved us having to buy bottled water. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were very high quality. Maria was great at communication and quickly provided 2 extra dining chairs for us. The house is between trolley stops in both directions so really easy to travel around the island. If we visit AMI again, we would be happy to book here again.

Property is great. Very clean everything you need to a short or long stay. It's only about 150 yards to beach but in a lovely quiet location. What we really liked was the bedrooms were furthest away from the adjoining duplex wall so very very quiet at night. WIFI and TV were excellent. Laura was very quick with communication. I would highly recommend this property and will use again.

This is a very nicely decorated, spacious property practically on the beach, we would definitely think about staying here again. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive or cycle away. Cycles available to rent from hardware shop within walking distance.

We loved the location within walking distance to the lively village and amazing beach. Having a parking slot available at the beach and provision of chairs, shades etc was a real bonus. The Sarasota area also has many activities and sites of interest within a short drive. The property is very well equipped and in excellent condition. Ron was also an extremely helpful and supportive owner.
