Our 2nd stay here. Home is just the perfect size and location on water is great, especially if you like fishing. Both sunrise and sunset. I’m sure we will stay again
Me and my fiancé enjoyed every minute of the house the pictures don’t do enough the quiet neighborhood the great location it was better than expected and the host was great with everything
Check in was very easy. The house was clean and cozy, had everything you could need inside. Gorgeous view of the river from the Glass Florida room with a ton of outdoor seating options to enjoy it. Boat ramp was nearby and we made the short trip to the canal to tie up at the seawall, but with multiple boat ramp options you can stay trailered and visit a new one every day.We would stay here again for sure.
We only live about an hour away so it's really nice to have a spot like that that you can go to for a small getaway

House on the water
Cozy, calming and a relaxing stay. The outside room was great. Got to see a few dolphins while relaxing outside. We will try and stay there again in the future.
Beautiful view of manatee river! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets
We have stayed at this property twice. Love the house, front porch all windows, view of manatee river is beautiful. Dolphins in the morning around 10:00 am. We will visit again in the fall.
Very clean and exactly as advertised. We spent the month of February here and had a fabulous stay. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Super comfortable beds. Kristina was an excellent host. Thanks for a great stay!
The sunroom porch and backyard were wonderful, just what I wanted :). The king size platform bed was a bit low but mattress was very comfortable. Host was very nice to deal with when needed.
We recently had a weekend soccer tournament in the area and this house was perfect for the trip. We loved the fire pit, the quiet street, and the house was spacious and clean. We were able to visit a couple great beaches that were within easy driving distance. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

The only thing positive is that the bed was comfortable and the location for our job. Other than that, the place is not well taken care of. Pile of disgusting pillows piled high in the hall closet. Nothing was neat and orderly.Storage of linens were in the dirty garage on a shelf and also just strewn on shelves in the closets. Dryer was filled with previous guests linins. I ended up folding them. The grill didnt work, absolutely no water pressure in the showers and throw up that was vacummed up in he vacuum. I ended up cleaning the vacuum and showing the owner a picture. She could care less and also a picture of the filthy grill and no propane and asked what my issue was. I told her there was no propane to cook. After a long hot day working in the heat, all we wanted to do was rest and cook on the grill. It literally looked like the cleaning/maintenance crew never take care of the property. Pictures of property are not the same as whats there. Sad when you see owners of a home lose interest and let it fall to the wayside. This place is not well maintained.
Enjoyed our stay, restaurants were great and close, loved Anna Marie Beach. Home was located in a great place. Unfortunately, my husband could only catch catfish which was disappointing for him.
It was our first time staying here and we absolutely enjoyed it! The house was wonderful and the view was gorgeous, very quite area for vacation and most of all pet friendly. I'm looking forward in returning.
