Highgate Park houses

We really enjoyed the Villa. Clean, tidy and recently renovated it was a fab place for my family and I. We would recommend it to anyone considering Villas in the area.

We stayed at a villa in the gated community of Highgate Park, located in Davenport. The property features a spacious open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen, along with three bedrooms: a master with an en-suite, one with a double bed, and another with two double bunk beds. There’s also a generously sized pool and spa.We were a family group with a 6-month-old baby, a 3-year-old, and a 14-year-old, and the villa suited our needs perfectly. The property was modern, well-maintained, and clean.The property is managed by Dream United, who were excellent in answering our questions about the villa and communicating the check-in and check-out process clearly.

This is easily the best villa we have stayed in, beautifully furnished and maintained and such a calm space to relax in. Have stayed in this neighbourhood before so we knew the area and amenities and liked the quietness but we had never seen so much wildlife, all very peaceful and tame. The villa itself is very well appointed and looked after. We had one very small issue and despite there being a storm, David the property manager was very prompt, friendly and efficient. Plenty of space for two families here and a great pool and deck for relaxing on. Cannot fault the villa, the listing or the property managers, this was an amazing stay. Would thoroughly recommend and will return!

Very clean and tidy home. Very peaceful by the pool over looking a wooded area, friendly visits from a little raccoon now and again. Caroline is a helpful hostess. Thank you very much

Loved our Vacation at this property and would definitely book this house again if we come back to Florida

We were delighted with our stay at this beautiful house / villa. Everything was as described and the views from the pool deck made this property extra special. As others have mentioned, we saw a lovely selection of wildlife including cranes, deer and coyotes. We’ve stayed in several properties on Highgate Park and will definitely return to this one. Communication with the owner was smooth and efficient and we had no need to contact the local manager. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This is the best villa we have stayed in since we have been visiting Orlando for the last 11 years. It had everything we needed and more including a well equipped kitchen and games room, comfortable beds and a brilliant pool. It is clean and very well maintained and was the perfect position to get to all the parks, shops and everywhere else we needed. Eric responded quickly to any questions and was great at communicating before our arrival and throughout. Can’t say enough good things about it!
