Holiday rentals near St. Canice's Cathedral

We spent a wonderful weekend in this lovely converted Coachhouse and we were lucky to get beautiful sunshine each evening which we enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard. Inistioge is a small but very picturesque town and a great base for exploring Kilkenny.

Many thanks to Avril and Michael for allowing to rent this lovely lodge out. If you love the countryside this is the place to come in rural tipperary. It's been beautifully converted from a stable and has everything you would need in it. Avril is great with communication and is next door if you need anything. There is a local taxi service available in ballingarry, if you ask Avril for details. Very handy if you need a night out outside of ballingarry! Thanks again to Avril and Michael for everything. We look forward to coming back again!

This is without a doubt the most gorgeous place I have ever stayed....that includes five star luxury hotels. I am a long-time solo traveler and have stayed in all kinds of rentals and hotels through the years. After arriving, I wished I could just just stay in and enjoy the place rather than continue with my travel plans. That would be a great idea for an Irish staycation. The décor and attention to detail is out of this world. Everywhere I looked was a beautiful decorative detail. After weeks of travel, I was especially happy to find a washer and dryer, a microwave, and a very well equipped kitchen, all of which I took advantage of. The host thought of everything. I usually have to buy a little something and there was no need to do so here. It is also very well situated - I was able to visit Kilkenny and the Medieval Mile Trail as well as Cashel, the Rock of Cashel, and Cahir. The weather didn't allow me to take advantage of the wonderful patio, but it is delightful. The place is as beautiful or more beautiful than the photos. I love decorating and my home has been featured on home shows so I know a little something about decorating. She has knocked it out of the park and I could not have been more delighted with my stay. The host is responsive, answers all messages and questions quickly and greeted me upon arrival. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Our stay, for my Sisters Hen party was beyond what we had expected, all 28 of us were completely blown away by this venue! John met us on arrival and showed us around and gave us history of the house, we were then met by Jack - the worlds friendliest dog!!!! The grounds are amazing, so peaceful in the mornings and all you can hear are the birds and the wind in the trees... The fire pit in the evenings was our gathering point for food and drinks, thank god the weather was on our side! The house was so clean and spacious with plenty of fridge space for the bubbles and food as we catered for ourselves. Susan responded asap to my queries and i cannot wait to return. Our weekend was filled with fantastic memories for us all but especially for my Sister. Annamult will have a place in my heart forever!!

The house is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice at all. It is very unique and so spacious with lots of areas to relax and outdoor space. Felicia and Roland were wonderful hosts who were very responsive to our messages and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Their dogs are also very cute. We would definitely recommend this place!

Excellent location ,close enough to whatever you need and secluded enough to switch off and relax. Beautiful home with all mod cons and extremely spacious.

Spacious and very well equipped historical property with an authentic decorative finish and furniture. Perfect for large family group. Wonderful views from bedroom windows. Easy walking distance to nearby town of Mullinahone and short drive to Kilkenny and Cashel.
