The apartment was super clean and modern. The terrace was superb, very large and well equipped with furniture. The Host Enzo was very helpful and informative. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay. The property offered lots of space for three generations, including two infants, children age 4y and 7y. The house has lots of personal touches and character, it was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and Marion provided everything we needed for the children. Marion and family were the perfect hosts. The communication was excellent, they were always responding within minutes and the fantastic jam and cake were just the warmest welcome. The house is the perfect hub for exploring the lake, beach, historic cities and for relaxing at the lovely, perfectly maintained pool. We can highly recommend staying at this property.

Lovely property. We finally got here after covid getting in the way for the last 2 summers. Stunning views, lovely house and Antonio, Sabrina and Gianluca were very kind and helpful. We all had a great time!

I honestly don't know where to start when reviewing this property....... from the moment of booking through to our last few days the commuication was excellent!!!! On arrival Olimpia made us very welcome (although we were delayed), gave us tonnes of information and introduced us the the gem of a man Singh! On first impressions the house and grounds far exceed expectations from the pictures online...... if you are a large group or two separate families like us I cannot recommend this place enough!!! 5 separate apartments housed 10 of us with plenty of space and privacy. Each apartment was very well equiped and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay including toiletires, slippers and even toothbrushes! The only downside for us as a group was we had to pool all the crockery together from each apartment and use the sole dishwasher for everything which was located on the second floor (we still will not be complaining). The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. Lake Bolena is gorgeous and has lots of little towns on its shores for exploring. The more adventurous can hire speed boats, pedalos and much more. Now back to Singh........he showed absolute discretion when maintaining the vast outdoor space and pool yet was there in minutes if you needed anything (as was Olimpia via WhatsApp). Through our stay we would awake to a basket of goodies from Singhs garden and these veggies became a delicious barbeque staple so thank you Singh. If you are looking at this property then do not hesitate in booking!! We cannot wait to go back X

The villa is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, kiwi fruit plantations, woodlands, and is a stone's thow away from Montefiascone, the Bolsena lake, and Viterbo. The province of Lazio has much to offer in terms of food, drink, historic hilltop towns, landscapes, nature, and tourist destinations. The bonus is that Lazio is less popular, as most tourists flock to Tuscany, which means that the people around us were mainly local Italians. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the owners, Giuseppe and Valeria, who were most generous in offering the largest apartment to us at no extra cost, as we were the only guests staying at the villa. There are four apartments in the main building, two downstairs with terraces front and back, and two upstairs with a balcony and a mezzanine floor. There is an additional 2 person cottage next to the villa. Our kitchen was so well equipped, that we often ended up staying in and cooked the glut of vegetables that we received from Singh, the gardener/care taker. The nights we did go out for dinner, restaurants were close by and easy to find; a rental car is essential when hiring this property. The furniture and decoration inside, as well as in the grounds, were tasteful, well-coordinated, and of a high finish. There is plenty of seating in the grounds, providing multiple options for relaxation and shade. We booked this holiday last-minute, deciding to find some sun after a tiring house move and a grey English summer. Valeria and Giuseppe were very easy to contact, and very responsive to our needs during the stay. Again, generously allowing us to stay beyond the check out time because we had a late flight out, and the apartment was cleaned in the middle of our ten day stay, as well. The pool was the main attraction for us in booking this trip, and proved to be a delightful place to spend the day and soak up the sun. It is long and deep enough to be able to swim lengths, with a shallow end big enough to play in. The sunbeds and loungers are plentiful, the gazebos and parasols provide shade, and there are some pool toys. The route from the villa to the pool is through the orchard, where we picked fresh figs from the trees that were warmed up by the sun. Delicious. This is a gem of a place, and deserves many visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here, and would happily return.
