San Benedetto del Tronto Station holiday lettings

Fantastic on all counts, the property, the location and John and Sue the wonderful hosts. Some great memories for 16 of us spanning 3 generations. Weather was mid 30’s for most of time so the pool was a godsend. Nothing but positives. Thanks again John and Sue and hopefully your future plans work out. If not we’ll see you next year 😀😀

This studio is perfect for a short stay in the beautiful historic town of Offida. The balcony views are to die for. The studio is extremely clean and well equipped. The owner kindly supplies basic essentials such as tea, coffee, crisps, olive oil, salt and pepper. Beautiful bed linen on an extremely comfortable king size bed. Lovely pictures adorn the walls. There are 4 flights of steps to reach this top floor studio and no lift. However, my husband is nearly 80 and he managed them. Lucia and her husband were hero’s on the day we arrived. A festival was in progress and usual car parks closed. So they met us in Grottammare and guided us to a place we could park. Not only that they walked us to the studio and helped our friends find the apartment they were staying in. Such a lovely helpful couple. Can’t recommend this studio enough. Thanks Lucia. We had an excellent welcome from the hosts and were shown around the apartment. It was very clean and modern with everything we needed. It was well positioned- a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops/restaurants/bars within a few minutes walk. The apartment is also well positioned for the old part of Grottemare. Highly recommended.

Casa Capella is such a beautifully thought out, well looked after property that we had a great week here. It looks just like it does in the photos. It’s comfortable and well equipped which meant with a most generous welcome hamper including cheese, butter, eggs, prosciutto, milk, bread, home made jam, lots of wine. In fact everything we needed to set us up for the week when we arrived. We enjoyed swimming in the 15m pool and then just looking at the view across open countryside to the hills. We could eat at the shaded table by our little house and also sit and chat and have a drink in the portico outside the main house where Lona, our welcoming but unobtrusive host, lives. She was on hand to give us advice on places to go, restaurants and shops. It was our first visit to Le Marche, although we have been to Italy many times and we appreciated its unspoilt beauty and lack of pretension. The roads were quiet, the hilltop villages beautiful, and the fields were full of sunflowers. We will be back.
